If u dont mind a big 6.4" screen, I'll recommend xiaomi mi max 2 4gb ram 128gb rom.. I own one and it matches the above specs and within your budget range... grin

it does on some roms.. Media server will be in background scanning for it even while the phone is locked thereby causing over heating and massive battery drain.

most people charge before use, but i used mine to 10% before charging. Not cos there wasn't light or anything, it's just what i do.
