I just kukuma uninstall the antivirus

Are you sure you don't have a virus that corrupt exe files in your system?
Open the zip/rar file with winrar without extracting it and see if the exe file is inside.

I figure it out, its dis stupid smardav antivirus app that is blocking Virtual Basic Scrip on my system which the setup file format is. Im now installing
