Use the chemical exfoliants to promote cell turn over ( the quick removal of dead skin cells) that caused the wrinkles then slough it off with mechanical scrubs.

Please read up on how to use chemical exfoliants. It's very easy to get your skin burnt or damaged as a newbie and if you're not careful. But that's what will do the trick.

A good one to start with is lactic acid.

Remember to use sunblock when on any acids aka chemical exfoliants.
