Does Lufthansa allow woven bag?

Also how many copies of the listed documents are required?

How did you change USD to CAD after arrival?

Good day, guys.
This has been a wonderful platform. Since I joined, I've been able to learn as much as I can, though I've been a silent reader. Thanks for your informative words, good spirit, kindness...love, etc.

My rejection letter came today. It was based on my home tie, personal and financial status.
Pls, gurus, I need your response.
@shuppy and others...you are allowed to talk.

Which type of GCMS note should I order?
How much?
Thanks for your kind gesture!
I choose to remain positive and hopeful.

Contact Anon123, he usually order for people.

I used his service in June, it was 5K. And it took exactly a month for the GCMS to arrive.

You may also use the online services available. The first page of this thread contains information on how to apply for GCMS online by yourself.

Stay strong and stay positive. Good things takes time. All the best in your second application.

Please why does it also depend on ‘when’? Thanks

There are new regulations update scheduled for September 7th, and there is possibility for lesser restrictions then.

Sorry
in essence yeah? if you’re not fully vaccinated or vaccinated at all
You shouldn’t use Lufthansa ??

Cause I booked with Lufthansa and I’m not vaccinated at all

You seem not to get my point. This situation may not affect other Lufthansa route, I am specifically referring to the route (Lagos to Frankfurt to Montreal to Toronto) I suggested.

While the hotel stay will not be in place from August 9th, quarantine plans is still needed for all travelers. Although fully vaccinated travellers may be exempted on arrival, unvaccinated travelers still have to observe quarantine.

If he isn't vaccinated and Montreal isn't his final destination. Because the Point of Entry in Canada for that route will be Montreal, it is possible that only fully vaccinated travellers that have been exempted from quarantine will be allowed to continue to Toronto.

If not vaccinated, they may disrupt the travelers quarantine plans and insist he/she quarantine in Montreal first before proceeding to the final destination.

What of if you are not vaccinated?
What airline can we use?

Depends on when you are traveling and your final destination in Canada.

If you are not fully vaccinated and you travel on that route I recommended, you will be forced to quarantine at Montreal. And depending on your final destination it may alter your plans.

So if unvaccinated, it is better to book a flight that the first point of entry into Canada will be near the final destination.

Hello House,
I really love this love of showing people the way out of this country in a seamless manner.
My question is that I am planning to study in University of Manitoba. My CGPA is 4.41. while my last for semester cgpas are 4.41,4.39, 4.43 and 4.31. Do I meet the international entrance scholarship point? I have been gathering my necessary documents for this admission. Any advice. My dream is just to study and work in a research field abroad.

Don't limit yourself to U of Manitoba. You have good GPA, but don't rely on that alone. It is imperative that you proof your research knowledge, research potential and research skills.

Search for the U15 universities, they are the 15 most research intensive institutions in Canada and they get about 80% of the awarded research grants in Canada.

Cold mail Professors in your research area in those schools.

Extend your search to other institutions outside the U15 too. All the best.

Congrats to all those that have gotten PPR recently. May we continue to celebrate on this platform, Goodnews is on the way.

Please those that have booked flights recently, which airline did you use that has fair prices. I’m seeing very high prices, especially for August

If you are fully vaccinated, book Lufthansa/AirCanada. (Lagos to Frankfurt to Montreal to Toronto).

To reduce the cost further, book through an international flight booking platform, it was about 923 USD a week ago, but you have to pay with USD credit card.

Avoid flights that pass through USA if you don't have US visas.

I was also advised to avoid flights with 2 layovers within Europe (There is one with layover in Frankfurt and Zurich). I don't know why, so you should make further inquiries.

I was sceptical about the Montreal to Frankfurt route too until I made inquiries and was told there shouldn't be a problem if fully vaccinated and exempted to quarantine at Montreal.

Yes! You can use Ghana must go bag...but ensure you wrap it all round with strong transparent cello tape to avoid damage and loss during transit..

2. I guess you can. Our gurus in the house will enlighten us more.

You might have to put the ghana must go in a travelling box. Not sure if they allow but it might get damaged during transit and you may lose some items.

1. It's not an issue. Just give the guys at the luggage end of the airport #500 and they will wrap it for you with cellotape.

2. The major challenge about the 2-hour layover is that due to covid checks and other checks (issuing study permit et al), and especially during this busy period of student resumption, the checking queue might be so long and could take hours to get to your turn.
So it's advisable to have a longer layover period to avoid missing your connecting flight.
All the best.

Gracias

I have two urgent questions.

1) Does Lufthansa allow woven bag (Ghana must go) baggage?

2) Is it advisable to book a flight (Lagos to Toronto), but the flight has a scheduled 2hrs layover at Montreal before arriving in Toronto?

Please Guys I will need your advice, I have IJMB O Level English in replace for Waec O level English deficiency which I used to gain admission for my University. Am planning a master degree program in Canada I will like to know if it will be possible to get admission with the O level combinations for my Masters program or if there is any program to take at first in Canada. I mean like a pre degree that will help in replace for the O level. Lastly if there is, which schools are opened for this.

I will need your sincere advice as have reached out to some agent some said it’s possible while some also said not possible

I don't think any master's programme will care about your O level result.

They are more concerned about your undergraduate certificate and undergraduate transcript.

Like almost everything in Nigeria we need a re-orientation as per NYSC. We must re-appraise and re-evaluate the scheme to fit into the current trends of the 21st century. However i enjoyed my service year-met new people, made new allainces, got engaged to the babe i'll be marrying in June. It was fun. It's an experience worth having, hoping they dont post you to a village away from civilisation.

Culture / Re: Let's Interprete Pidgin Language On This Forum by limitless: 1:41pm On Feb 22, 2006
The correct spelling of pidgin English is not Pidgoen. I was beginnig to think we should have that language internationalised. What do you think? At least Patwa (the rastafarians language) is respected so why shoulcn't pidgin English receive some boost too.
