Good evening mamas, and happy Sunday
Please o, I have a weird question. Please mamas, can anyone tell me what breastmilk tastes like?
I need answers because, I was messaging my boobies with hot water (mum asked me to do this regularly before baby comes), after which I noticed some white tiny spots on the nips which I felt was breastmilk.

Since I'm gifted with large sized boobies, I kinda pulled my nips into my mouth and sucked on it. (Hubby was not around, and might not even get what I was curious about). I felt some salty taste which I couldn't really place. I did it at another time and felt same taste again.


So I wanted to know, please, does breastmilk have a salty taste? Am I already lactating? I'm just a little above 5 months gone.

Lioha I was on astyfer three times daily! Cos I needed to build up blood fast. So it all depends on your need at the moment. Your body will take what it needs and expel the rest that's how iron works our body does not retain excesses.

My doc prescribes 2 tabs daily o but since i started going for anc weekly, it changes sometimes once daily and other times twice daily. Like today now i got 2 tabs daily for the week. I guess it all balls down to what the doc says sha. But i dont think it can get too much or can it?

BA!!!! To the glory of God, I welcomed my princess yesterday by 10:10pm at 37weeks, weighing 3.2kg via emergency CS. Mom and baby are doing so well. B.S. later.

Team November, yours truly has dropped from the race. I went for scan today and discovered baby has gone since 2 weeks ago. Kindly pray for me, will be going for evacuation tomorrow.

I didn't feel bad cos I Believe God knows the best for me.

To the glory of God , I welcome my Prince Charming at 40 +1 weeks on Thursday 6th July @about 10.35pm through VD with small perineum episiotomy (about 2 stitches) weighing 5.04kg as against estimated weight of 3.7kg from scan as at last Friday.

I bless the name of God for this beautiful testimony and this shall go round for the remaining waddling mothers in Jesus name .

So finally I went scan today @ 6weeks 1day and result says everything is fine except for one shocking news.



Two gestational sac seen and viable fotuses with a fetal pole in each, meaning I am a twin mama. God is exceptionally good to me what more can I say than to appreciate him.

I feel so good to be here, most especially knowing my other team February as am 8 weeks preggy.not started Antenatal,no folic acid yet too.... Waiting until I register for antenatal then I seek for doc's advice.i can still remember before I got preggy, I took folic acid for 2months and my period was super heavy with clot then I stopped and finally conceived.I pray the good Lord see us all through this journey IJN.Amen.

Good morning house o, since team February 2018 is being started let me join . I am 6 weeks plus my edd according to baby center app is February 14 ( valentine or Valentina ) lol. Yet to register for antenatal still trying to decide but leaning towards General Hospital oh and this is my first baby.

Bloomingbud and booqee welcome to team February. We plenty oo but since we never senior anybody we just hibernate and some of us they fight Ms. Please take your prenatal drugs, avoid pineapple, dabino/dates, unripe paw paw, undercooked abi semicooked egg or meat, small small with kpekus ministry. If you have any complain feel free to ask, the one we don't know na hospital tins. If you have strength to finish one big container of Eva water, you can do scan but they might tell you no foetal heartbeat e.t.c so kukuma relax till 12weeks only if there's any problem (spotting or cramping). My hospital will chase you back home and ask you to come back when you're 12-16weeks gone for antenatal.

Booqee according to your LMP, your EDD is 27 February, you're 4weeks gone.

I felt like you are posting on my behalf, so many similarities.

I just married 20th of last month too, LMP is 24th of may, I tested positive on the 21st of this month, I feel cramps very often too sex or no sex. LMP says EDD is 28th Feb 2018.
