You are so right. I totally share the same views. Am inlove with a catholic and i aint leaving him on no denominational ground. My folks are crazy abt him too.

[I had a similar thing before my marriage. I was born and bred in the catholic faith. I got married to my husband who is Pentecostal. before our marriage, we agreed that we want a united family and naturally I don't believe that I will drag him to my church except if he wishes to. I don't think its right to drag a man to your church in marriage against his will.

Today I attend his church(our church)No body should reject a man she truly loves on the basis of denominational differences. I don't think its right. We pray to and worship one God. My parents who posed a little problem to our marriage because of the differences in our denomination had to accept my position. U are marrying him not his church and religion. Besides what will make a marriage strong is not dependent on the denomination one attends./quote]

My post clearly gave an example of ignorance and stupidity. It relates to trying to belong to another foreign land and forgetting who you truely are.

If you have a motive for being in these foreign countries, you will have a target and keep focus.
I've been in the UK like forever [though i always steal out time to go back home/sub] but recently my cousin came over for college and just a month in the UK, she's all "yeah, u reckon, Fraff, innit, tra etc. everything now ends with an "innit"...….almost sounding like a barking dog.
Guess what, she ended losing her admission so she had to wait for the next semester to register.

It cld be worse with the nijia guys but i think its just all nigerians

Well yeah i know a couple of single nigerian mums but thats only because they made the choice. Alot of my girlfriends are going steady with their guys yeah and a couple are already married. Am going steady too and he's nigerian. So whats the whole lonliness thingy abt.

you know, i have been registered on NL for a while now and am still on 256 posts.

I was tempted to post smileys to get higher scores but that would have been alittle childish. 
Am still on 256 because i only reply topics that makes sense to me and not just anything.
I have read some replies that actually made me wonder if it were just for the sake of writting.
