Please I need help my brother did his biometric since Dec 5th 2019 and till date it is still awaiting Vac stage ,he sent mail and got automated response to get back to him and on tls is still same stage since witout change.Is this normal?Any advise what he can do.The travel date is passed and notin till date.please advise.He went to ikeja a week ago and was told they dont have his passport yet.

@jyyes thank u so much for ur honest criticism.No hard feelings ,we learn everyday n to b candid I stumbled upon dis forum after I have done d submission and I applied on my own.On d issue of my spouse statement I didn't do all that calculations and he actually have his company account which alot have this days and don't use n he has geniune bizness wit huge inflows for cars which payment reads so.we are both sponsor to d trip n genuinely will spend 5days.we intend shopping for things to sell back in niaja wit flight inclusive which I explained in the cause of filling the forms.The issue of funds not being in my bank too,it is no news we actually don't keep funds where we work so I didn't tink it was going to be an issue,until yesterday a fellow banker got same denial similar reason n it becomes clear that they actually want the funds in d salary account and another who kept his got the visa.The huge inflow in my Stanbic account was Neva an inflow but rolled over treasury which have been for years.Anyway like u advised I have learnt n will follow advise given,believe the next will b better next year wen I wish to visit again.It is painful anyway cos really had genuine intent cos no family over there just for tour n feel of a different country aside from others visited.Thank u dear for your advise.It is really handy and will equip me on any visa application next time.God bless u

Good evening All.@ justwise I need you kindly analize this visa denial reason given I am still in shock that we were denied,I gave all documents to verify our intention for 5days visit for our anniversary n I believe the statements were not duly analized.i gave my bank salary accounts 3 of them n movement from my salary account to my other bank account was presented and treasury cert of the other bank as well with a balance of 1m+ left as balance for d trip in d other bank and the vo just concluded my balance in my bank salary account cannot cover d trip,so funny.Treasury have been on d other account for years which after d tenor rolls over and d conclusion was unusual lodgement wen my statement is clear dat deposit in and out is base on treasury which passes through.Does that mean d vo doesn't understand statement or wat?must we explain every bit of it in covering letter.my husband doesn't use his company account so he uses his personal account and run his car bizness which have a turn over of abt 50m in d statement period n lodgement have inflow written as payment of various car types so crystal clear but he have his personal income tax n make withdrawal on it,though his balance was abt 2.5m at d time of print out.please advise me where we got it wrong cos I thot we did all correctly .see attached d denial note n advise.Though d period for d anniversary is close so will travel elsewhere but can we appeal? or how soon can we reapply? I will like to reapply alone just to visit no family there just as tourist visit short trip or will it be seen as wrong applying alone sometime September?thanks and sorry to trouble u.God bless ur good work

Hubby havent been to USA ,he have dealers in USA and Canada that they buy and send to him years back,they have denied him severally mostly cost his parents and siblings are there green card holders ,his sis is a citizen and he is not bothered and not willing to try again.Thanks anyway till next year will explain the car deals and all,God might favour me.let me enjoy my vacation.

Oh I see.His car importation is legit n all payment made since 2000 till date from USA and canada.well thanks dear.

Good day all,just to give back how my interview went today the 5th Sept 9.30am,was denied visa this is my third attempt at renewing my visa,I had my baby 2014 though wasn't asked at the interview but told them at Poe and was allowed in,was not aware of this group before I got the visa though so it was out of ignorance I post about it then of the Poe success in atlantag.
They keep asking me that i didn't inform them while trying to renew and just deny it,and I explained while filling the D's 160 form,I decide to say ok and say it was not deliberate and I paid all bills.my interview today

To add my own opinion,it is true we have b1/b2 combined but it is not enuf to go give birth without informing the vo of likely using the vacation visa for childbirth.I am having same issue now dear,I wasn't asked and I didn't disclose it off course I went for vacation and birthing successful but on renewal was asked why I never said vacation and childbirth too,that is being dishonest and have been denied renewal twice.If I have known this thread before then would have come out clean.So the info you have given we are aware but practically it is not allowed and can give one alot of difficulty with renewal.your sis is just lucky,one among millions.It is better to get it right from onset my take.

i was the one that ask if I can go for family interview with my usa born child scheduled for today.there was an issue with my bar code so advise to correct and reschedule though my DH and sons went for the interview and were denied.He said the issue of my previous childbirth was raised and asked if I made all payment and he confirmed it and tried presenting my statement but was declined from presenting any documents.What baffled him was the vo told him "your wife has visa"and he argued it twice and d vo confirmed same but as he argued,d vo kept quiet and reconfirm my coming back from him .please anyone with experience on this as I am confuse will work on getting the new appointment,any advise pls.thank you

Good evening I have been reading all post like Bible daily since my last denial for renewal caused by childbirth which wasn't disclosed to Vo but at point of entry and was advised to pay all bills in 2014,all these happened before I joined this group,I would have done otherwise.All said my family is planning on going on vacation in August and we have our interview coming Monday 30th,I have decided to come clean,wrote all about my childbirth and all while filling my form,I pray for favour as some have testified.meanwhile I don't have anywhere to keep my USA born citizen when the family will leave for interview @ 5am ,I don't have a live in Nanny,asking if we can go with him,I have written to ask,no response yet,want to find out if any have had any experience going with their citizen born child.Thank you.

Thanks people I appreciate. Advise noted and I went through the testimony on page 309,it is encouraging. I have no intention of traveling this year, but next year by his grace I pray for favor. I will update on my success in faith next year.

On going for renewal via Dropbox was called for interview and the expired visa canceled without prejudice, asked to narrate my trip and I did, he asked delivery was not mentioned at interview with vo and he didn't give room for explanation just denied the visa. I tried again Feb 14 2017,and explain reason for denial on application based on the fact that I didn't disclose pregnancy at interview out of ignorance and wasn't asked except at poe and have paid all bills, the visa was denied again this time no story, ask question reason I want to travel but he said denied again like the last one. Pls advise I intend to reapply with family soon like early next year to visit and nothing else what are my chances?please advise a sister. Eagerly waiting.

Hello people,want to thank everybody,this forum really helped me.so I decided to come and share my experience,I am in maryland,went at 35weeks.POE was Atlanta,took delta airline direct,had a smooth journey just distance so was tired,had to get my luggage to be rechecked to connect to baltimore.I had tough time at migration,I didn't disclose my pregnancy at embassy and it was late to amend when I got the info from this forum,I took the risk believing God,d fort man I met ask me my purpose,I said vacation and shopping,he said I shouldn't lie that is legal to give birth,afterwards he stamped me 6month in but sent me for me secondary scrutinization,I actually helped them with a Nigerian mama who speaks only Yoruba,so I stood as an interpreter,so that was why he was cool with me.for d secondary one,I had it hot with three of them on me,why I didn't disclose and so many question,I was bold in answering all,but my cash helped me the most which was 10400 dollars,and I heard the boss saying stamp her in dude she got the cash.i was asked to go and checking through all I came in with,lot of foodstuffs,egusi,Ogbomosho,frozen bitterleaf,grounded pepper soup spice,abasha,dry fish,but my Oha leave was seize which was no big deal.Thank God with me,am settling down now,expecting my baby soon.not to forget was told I should come with hospital receipt of payment in full wen next am coming to usa.thanks people,keep d good work,will advise all to be honest from onset it really pays and you won't be faced with my situation and hav ur money intact wen travelling,above all pray,best of luck.
