Ok this is how the africard work.
There is one for naira Africard naira
And the one for dollars africard dollar.
It's a prepaid card, when you go to Uba. You fill a form and the card is given to you instantly.
You can find the naira version of it with naira in the bank. You will be able to use it to pay for any transaction worldwide. But the limit for the year is 10,000 dollars, when you make payments like visa or IHS, the card will do the conversation itself and send the money.

2) If an account is frozen by the owner of the account and he/she prints a bank statement for POF, will this affect issuing of visa if that POF with a frozen account is used to apply for visa?

PND means Post No Debit
A restriction placed on account so that funds cannot go out, but you can pay money into the account.
If you print your account statement, the PND status does not show on the statement.

I think the husband and wife knows who the primary applicant should be bearing in mind that the secondary or dependant should be the one who can work extended hours and whose skill will fetch more pay in order to make things easier financially

which of the two will be able to get admission for a good course and is ready to study.
The above is more important so that at the end of the day all will not be a waste of time and resources.

School fees is £17,000 wit a bursary of £5,000:
£3,000 to be paid by October for CAS to be issued.
