No govt can operate without debt,all the advanced economies,its same.....The resources you have being able to save from subsidy removal and currency devaluation,a substantial part is still going into debt servicing already incurred,there is no easy way out of debt,you only need to improve revenue..... Nigeria economy has been in a deficit now for as long as I can remember and debts keep piling.

Even if you devote all your revenue to debt servicing,govt business still has to go on as your recurrent and capital expenditure framework needs to be funded,the question is how? And the answer is what the govt is claiming to be doing.....only the uninformed would find anything wrong with borrowing in itself.
