1. The details listed on the certificate have been verified to be correct
2. The school itself has said it is common practice for 3rd party vendors to produce replacenent certificates on their behalf
3. The school itself doesn't even certify certificates anyway. They certify transcripts.


Your essentially arguing that if I write my name and degree in biro on a foolscap sheet, it's a forgery, because it wasn't printed by my university.
