The Kano State Police Command has praised a tricycle operator, Bala Abdulrahman, who recently found 330,000 naira on the street and returned the money to police in the state’s Fagge Division on June 19.

Police said Abdulrahman, a resident of Gunduwawa, Gezawa LGA, reported to the Fagge Police Division and said that while going about his business and riding a tricycle, he saw a suspicious object in a black leather bag by the Roadside along Kwanar Dawaki in Dawakin Kudu LGA. Abdulrahman took the money to the police station. The owner was asked to come forward and collect the money.

In a statement released today, June 22, the State Police Command said a man claiming to be the owner came forward and after a thorough investigation received the money, while Abdulrahman was commended for his honesty and a plaque was given to him.

Researchers analyzed data from nearly 90 countries to find out which countries have men with the largest average erect penis.

The study published by World Data ranked Ecuadorian men as the most gifted in the world, with the tape measuring an impressive 6.93 inches.

A 95-year-old man identified as Alhaji Muhammad Sabo has reportedly married a 14-year-old girl from Abuja Municipality.

Fatiha marriage took place on May 5, 2023 in Dogon Ruwa under Gawu in Abaji Area Council of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.

People expressed skepticism about the news when a Ibraheem Sa’eedu posted photos of the couple and the wedding invitation, but assured them it was real.

“Hard to believe for some, I assure you it’s real. Happy marriage ahead.The code is 05/05/23. DOGON RUWA reports to Gawu, District Councilor of Abaji, F.C.T,” he wrote.

In a Facebook post on Saturday, May 6, he shared photos from the wedding and wrote; “It’s finally done.I saw ooo A happy married life… tsoho.”

According to one, Hussaini Duma Jagaba, the groom said that he and his new bride love each other.

Thieves stole CA $20 million (£12 million) worth of gold from a cargo terminal in a massive gold heist at Toronto’s main international airport. Inspector Stephen Duivesteyn confirmed that a container of gold arrived by plane at Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon 17 April before being transported to a detention centre.

However, shortly after the aircraft was unloaded, the container was “illegally removed” and reported missing. He didn’t reveal where the gold came from.

The operation marks the biggest gold theft since July 2019, when $30 million (£24 million) was stolen from an airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Investigators are struggling to find out exactly how the gold was stolen and who is responsible.

Inspector Duivesteyn explained that such an operation would have required very elaborate planning. The Ottawa Sun reported that the gold may have been shipped on behalf of a major bank from a mine in northern Ontario, while The Toronto Sun claimed organized criminal gangs are suspected of being behind the theft.

Duivesteyn stressed that the public shouldn’t worry about the airport flying in and out, as they consider it an isolated case and not a public safety issue.
