Please i already have my USA Visa and needed to apply for my two children(10yrs & 8yrs) for summer break. Please how do i go about this?

In town suite is a good place, my wife stayed there before birthing and the owner of the place a Nigerian gave all the help she needed, and since i wasn't there with her, i was relief when i learnt this. We have since returned to Nigeria, and just wanted those planning to go to Elpaso to put it in consideration. Please i didn't say take action on it oooooo.....

wao.... i just read favoured b story and then Zeezahbee response. the truth is after Zeezahbee sent that comment, i knew she misunderstood...and then favoured b still went to explain what she meant.....This whole story would have just ended by Zeezahbee saying "Sorry, i thought you were refering to the people on the forum". Fill your ds-160 form and then complete your application.This would lead you to the dropbox option ( the system would automatically take you towards dropbox if you qualify, but you can choose to opt out. )
Now you need to take just 5 and only 5 things to dhl to submit.
1. Your application confirmation page.
2. Drop box letter ( you would get it at the end after you opt for dropbox,)
3. passport booklet
4. Passport photograph.
5. Gtb payment reference.

Just popping in to share my wife's POE experience this week. Will give background info..

Visa was secured earlier in the year for dis years vacation and we used it for the vacation in summer (By this time she had taken in).When we got back from vactn, we did some research on hospitals and concluded on Hosuton - WHMC... After further talks, we realised they weren't open to vbac and had to start a fresh search, which got us to elpaso, via doctoresparati.

Bill of almost $9k was given, for vbac, and we paid $4.5k in advance to avoid carrying excess cash and also as proof of willingness to settle all bills.
We also sent an email to the embassy and got the standard response.

Next we started work on flight and accommodation. Houston was avoided for obvious reasons. New York was strongly considered but, as a faith family, we agreed with one mind, that the flight with the least flying tym and connecting flights outside of Houston will be good enough. So we settled on Atlanta (Delta) and booked HisGraceLodge for stay.

Travel Date:
I am not sure aw my sleep went on the night of her travel.. I rmbr dreaming they cancelled the flight route and then took them to heathrow and then to New York.... Lol.

Her POE experience was a total of 10mins of talk. 6mins wt d 1st guy. 4mins wt d 2nd guy.

1st guy's question
Reason for coming / duration / why is hubby not wt her / what does hubby do / what she does in 9ja..
And then the guy did finger prints and said he wld take her to another person to confirm what she has said

2nd guy's question
Have you made any payment to d hospital. (She showed d pymt rcpt), asked if she had cash, (she said yes) How much (she answered - a little below $10k and brought it out of her bag).
He nodded but didn't collect or count. And then stamped her in for 6 months and then told her she could rest and take her tym before leaving d office (what kind of rest is that!,) she got up and left as quickly as possible and headed out to look for waiting area for elpaso flight.

She has had her clinic at elpaso and made the balance payment. And so far, so good, she's happy with the clinic and personnel.

I do hope this inspires someone and I pray for greater favor for everyone... For visa, for smooth POE experience and for safe deliveries. May God grant our heart's desires.

@GenoMI: please prepare oga for abuja and let him come and share the testimony. When my wife was going for hers an agent friend just told her to do it in abuja because abuja VOs are more reasonable and objective.

@Utcheylee: Please like someone has side, increase your budget. We don't pray at times for anything to go wrong but you should have a little budget for that anyway. That's Doctorsparati budget of $5410. However, every time you visit paediatrician you are likely to pay $65. Even at that $5410, you should increase it to $6000

@Tvegas: At last congratulations bros. i hear your story and the part that madam was not a serious student. How can a student be serious when her lecturer is her hubby. Na the same thing my wife do me. I had to write the questions and answers. Thank God your effort were not in vain

Landed Nigeria today with lots of loads that my madam asked that i carry. Five boxes, four were overweighed and three excess luggage. So there was no big difference between the courier people who will charge me $4.32/1 lb. I paid through my nose with United Airline. For all my loads i paid $1,400. i had planned for $1000. By the time i convert to naira, my temperature con rise. Please if you are planning same, carry excess luggage but no carry overweigh. But thank God i am home and all the baby things are home. So they will come home light later.

Hello all. Just to share another experience as i prepare to leave Elpaso. Got my baby BC and passport already but didn't get the SSN. So i decided to go to the Social Security Administration office in Elpaso today. This was almost three weeks since the hospital DESOL MEDICAL file the BC and SSN. Discovered that my baby has been allocated a SSN but i have not received the card. I was ask to show 1. The BC 2. Identity as the father - My nigeria passport 3. The immunisation card.(This is the card that mark every vaccination or immunisation that the baby was given).Initially i didn't take this along, and had to come back for it. So at the end, a receipt was given to me that the SSN card will come in 2weeks time. So if you have not gotten your baby's SSN and it's over 3weeks, please go to the administration office. You can google their offices and see the one that is closer to you.

Even most nigerian banks are not giving PTA directly to you in dollars. They tell you to use your master card or you load the dollars into card. It was a bad experience last time before i came to elapse, had to buy from black market.

@Bloggerina: Why you dey beg when you dey give me vital advice. I guess people must have done something wrong to you when you tried giving a piece of advice. I don hear your advice. i am flying United Airline back home. Madam will come later on BA

@Iyawotobe: Let me just give my personal countdown. The birth certificate came 8days after it was taken. Since my wife gave birth on a saturday, the BC was submitted on a Monday and so i notified it was ready for pick on the 8th day start counting from Monday. Then went to elpaso county to pick the BC on the 9th day and also did the baby US passport on the 9th day. So got the US Passport on the 10th day. I will add 5 working days for the Nigeria Visa to be done at Atlanta. So you should be ready to do everything between 4-6weeks after birth

@customised87: I paid N72,808 for baby ticket ooo. December is a peak period and wish i could avoid it but needed my family back home for christmas.

But i am told that it's cheaper if i had booked directly rather than using an agent. I used an agent.

@tattystv: You need to have your return ticket oo. It's the safety for you. Also you need to be certain of your return ooo because making as change on BA is very expensive. I just moved my wife departure from Elpaso to Nigeria from 23rd Dec to 12th Dec, and it was almost the cost of the total return initial ticket.

@Beautyx5: Welcome to Elpaso. I know you will enjoy your stay here, but make sure you are with people that cares. If you are a christian join a church, if you are a moslem, join a mosque. You really need people around here. but it's good all the same. Greet your hubby for me

@gbemileke: this is for elpaso. am expecting the ssn which will come by mail. during filing of the passport form i put "0000" in the ssn position

Then finally click on Submit Search...If it's not ready it will show 0 record found. If it's ready it will show 1 record found

@Adebunny: Please don't be discouraged. I am in elpaso today and as I experience I will say it. Am not marketing for anybody....so do same with a clear conscience please. It will help others.

@shagaman: My wife is singing praises of the Drs for the excellent service especially when she was in labour. A particular incident is how the doctor and her nurse rally round her when it was time to push but the baby was up.... For three visits we have done for mom and baby I am pleased that I came to them. This is our personal experience please.

We stayed in Hisgrace lodge and not in suite.

@neoski: You may or you may not even be asked. But to be on the save side...do a mail to Dr. Fagbohun that you have changed your mind and ensure you have a print out of thst mail when travelling. We changed ours from Dr. Fagbohun to Doctores para ti because a family friend of mine told us they are good and my wife was to stay with them
