Since you have raised the GCMS note let's wait for the outcome it between 30-33 days if at the end you didn't get any response again then you will have to ask the Agent what truly is happening because Dec is too late to get no response uptill now , so let's wait for the 33 days to atleast see the reasons for the delay

IRCC are taking their time on VV. I did mine in September 2021 and i got a response July 4.

If you submitted since oct 2021 as you said you are supposed to send them email , web form and request for your Gcms notes to know why the delay because the current processing time is 156 days and obviously you are way passed 200 days so don't be waiting take action and know way forward

I submitted my application for VV in September and after several mails, webform and even GCMS note shows nothing new, the reply finally came July 4, I was denied. Now planning to reapply but ensuring to take care of the issues of

These guys don't look at one or two documents you submitted in isolation but the general information you filled in your form and how you worded your letter of intent or your wife's letter of invitation. I am not saying you did anything wrong, but I suspect they sensed more of a family reunion. I would advise you have a second overall review of what you filled, and I am sure you would be able to spot the red flag or something else you think can be improved to make you better prepared to apply again.

The best way forward for me would be that you apply for your GCMS notes and give some time to strengthen your ties at home before applying again. The choice is yours. All the best!

2. What are you currently doing - working or into business?

For a visitor visa, i wont advise you rush to re-apply immediately. I think the problem is how you packaged your application.

I would also suggest you apply for your GCMS notes so you can have full details of the VO concern.

Truth is the best home tie is your family but my family is in Canada and am currently running my business. So i attached the documents and bank statements, the CofO

THIS IS MY STORY:

I submitted my application since September 17 2021 and did my biometrics Feb 3, 2022. It has been hell waiting for a revert and with several mails and webforms. Today, July 4, i finally got a revert. I failed the eligibility. So i was denied visa. Reasons are

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• You have significant family ties in Canada

The truth is my wife and children are currently on PR in Canada and i just wanted to visit them and come back as i am not ready to join them now. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I applied since nov 2021 , no update , eligibility has not started . Just had to withdrawal my application today, since it taking too long and I applied as a tourist.


Please let me know what you decided to do next. Mine is September 2021 and eligibility has not started till now

LET US JUST PRETEND LIKE MANY OF US HERE DONT HAVE PENDING APPLICATIONS FROM LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER AND NOTHING YET FROM IRCC.
How will you apply October, did biometrics October and till then nothing yet?
For the study visa, no medical instructions, nothing nothing!

Please people, i really need to know what to do here. I submitted my application for a Canadian Visitor visa September 17, did my biometrics February 3. The reason for the delays was that when i was sent my letter for biometrics and after making payment in November, i didn't complete the sending of my payment document. Now since February 3 i have been waiting. I called Canada office on +19056125416 and they asked me to follow up with my local Visa office in Nairobi. I sent them a mail and they said my file is on queue. My wife and children are permanent resident status.

What should i do next?

There is no straight rule about this, it depends on what work for both of you. My wife gives me all her salary once she collects it. But i just bless it and return it to her when i don't need it. When i need it, i let her know and she trust that i will use for the best of the family

Hi Biobioliscious, i will advice you stay in Hisgrace lodge, though it's a little higher than in town but you have convenience and serene environs. My wife stayed there for some days......it was like a home. You have neighbours but not in the communal sense

Hello People, please i need help. I applied through box for my US visa and was given. Now i want to apply for my 2 kids, how do i go about that. Should open my online login and include them or just open a separate logins for them

@Isysleek: You can call disgrace lodge, i think they have such and you are assured of free drops at the hospital and shopping. My wife stayed there at elpaso during her delivery in October 2014

His Grace lodge [/color]is a good place, my wife stayed there before birthing and the owner of the place a Nigerian gave all the help she needed, and since i wasn't there with her, i was relief when i learnt this. We have since returned to Nigeria, and just wanted those planning to go to Elpaso to put it in consideration. Please i didn't say take action on it oooooo.....
