We are wrongly asked to exit the program we complained you asked us to submit evidence that we are truly working to focal person we did, you asked us to wait patiently it will be resolved we work for March even when we haven't received January and February stipends. Please reinstate us back into the e program Hmm You can't leave us hanging say something about this issue, And the person behind this Npower platform should respond to issues you can't drop message here and not respond to comment please

Good morning Npower team please I was wrongly exited(i don't have payment on hold on my profile and I have not absconded from Npower program) from the Npower program and I heard that you have started sending text to reinstating people back after rectifing their issues please help me resolve mine too.

I am Npower volunteer 2016 beneficiary I was wrongly exited from the Npower program at that I still attend my ppa and I have not been paid January to march stipends, during the holiday I still go to school to input the students scores kindly look into the matter Ige Elizabeth MODUPE. Nteach, ifako ijaye local government Lagos state.

I am part of 2016 batch I was eager to work but npower killed the zeal after I dedicated my time to teach as a volunteer in community junior grammar school ipaja lagos I was wrongly exited from the program yet still I attend my ppa to teach. however till date I have not been paid January to march stipend. Good morning Autosbay please I got a message from Npower that I have been exited from the program due to payment on hold on my profile for 45 days. I have checked my profile no payment on hold and I wasnt paid January stipends I sent mail to support team and I was told they are working on it and yesternight I got the message please help me out , since the day I was posted to my PPA I have been carrying out my duties effectively with no regrets even though I spent 400# to and fro for transport I didn't complain and I go every day the principal and teachers can attest to this, so I don't know what leads to the message . Please help me out I don't know what is going on again

Please I need a means to contact Npower directly the support team or help team email is not effective. Please I have been complaining to you Npower that I was not paid January stipends. I sent mail to support team no response yet I drop message on this platform I was told they are working on it and now I got a message that I have been exited from the program after working for January and February even march without pay you asked me to leave please without committing any offence.. I go to my Ppa everyday I spent 400# for to and fro and you people think the best way to reward me is by asking me to go. Please look into this matter

Unfortunately you have been existed from the Npower program. This is due to
the instruction to EXIT any volunteer on payment on hold beyond 45 days.

I have sent mail to support team and no response yet I also drop message on Npower facebook page but no response please Npower help us address this issue and the means of communication is key please work on it so we have people we discussed our issues with directly since we don't have office to report our payment issues except through social media let them attend to our messages not automatic response to all mail
