Thanks Sis. Have seized control already. Am with u on improving oneself. We should seize d opportunity cos once dy come, we are more likely to focus on them and abandon everytin else. At least for some time. Am thinking of doing sometin myself.

Update: I mentioned earlier dt for a long time I hv stopped experiencing the EWCM shebi. Imagine feeling ds wetness earlier in the day and on getting home I met DH with a twinkle in his eyes. Decided to take d necessary precaution as adviced by GenBuhari earlier in d thread and went pee first. Took a chance and checked...lo and behold EWCM!!!

Oº°˚˚°ºh boy! Didn't wait for DH to make moves Oº°˚˚°ºh! Pounced on him straight up .

I don't think I hv seen EWCM in over 2 yrs. Am still lying since then. No getting up for me.

Update: Have gotten to page 90 of the thread, still reading through but seriously psched.

Have realised that there is so much investigation I still need to do on myself. Like...am I ovulating? Is my internal lining below the required 7mm or up to 9mm. Is the multiple uterian fibroid issue resolved? E.t.c

Till date I have let others take control of my fertility and been blown around by the wind. Mummy: come and see me, we r going somewhere. Me: yes mummy. Some months later, Daddy: I want to see u and ur hubby asap. Me: Yes Daddy.(Zoom, jump in d car and we r there going straight to God knows where) MIL, BIL...JEEEZ!!! What was I thinking?

Granted, all the calls were made out of love and concern.(My family and inlaws have truly been wonderful but...)

Today I take charge of my fertility. Recently hv been taking pregnacare conception but as soon as AF arrives I stop all else. Will resume today and find a new and better doc to talk to.

Have ordered ovacue fertility monitor and fertile focus. Will try to determine if and when I ovulate as d first stage of my renewed journey.

golden777: It is with great gratitude to GOD that i announce my BFP which i actually had late last year. i am really sorry for announcing it late as i have been offline for a while now.I have been trying to catch up on the happenings and i must confess i was really touched to still see my name on the prayer list for the orphanage home. It was actually d prayer team that made me register as a member and i urge u all not to relent as God has worked wonders and is going to do more this year thru d prayer team. For those that have gotten their bfp i rejoice with u all and for those still waiting i ernestly pray u will not wait long. God will definately answer.Special greetings to mamatriplet , alwaystrue and others for your encouraging words and support. I will keep joining u in prayers and also come around more often. my prayer is that you shall be on the pregnancy thread a few months from now.Sticky Bean to u all,with love.

@safe06, my sis, d doc is actually a prof at the IVF center at UBTH, when I noticed he pays special attention to patients from his private clinic I went there to register. Now I think about it though, he was way too busy to give any patient personal attention.

Am still reading from d beginning. Slowly but surely. Have stopped crying regularly for a while now but God! The song posted by Aly "I'll die for that" made me cry all over again. I wanna know what's happening with everyone hence am still reading.

I have been trying to read this thread from d beginning and I see that it is a herculean task so am skipping ahead to comment and will gradually read up later.

Am 37, been married 5 yrs plus and been actively, ttc for over 4 yrs with no luck. I do not notice any ovulation cm anymore. Used to but now on or about day 14 I only notice ds watery wetness. Also, since after my first year of marriage, my period has become weird. Instead of a regular 28 days it is now any time btw 25 to 33 days. At a point I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms every month until I eventually told myself that I am simulating pregnancy.

Am still hoping and praying although sometimes I lose d will to pray. I recently started thinking of adoption pending whenever God will grant me his blessings. Have done a series of tests at UBTH but unfortunately, the Doc, a prof was not too forth coming hence I hv had to interpret most of my results my self. Either the ultrasound or d hsg says dt on of my tubes is occluded distally( I don't know what that means) while d most recent ultrasound I did says I hv multiple uterian fibroid (which I hv personally attributed to the use of clomid, I don't know if am right) the prof prescribed clomid for me and proviron for my husband. I stopped attending wt him when my sis told me clomid is not to be used over and over again like the prof was prescribing for me. I think I used it for over 6 months.

That is, it is as good as if he committed the crime himself.
