Good day all, please who knows the best way to get an early date for US Visa Interview? Say early 2024? |
Bensondrums:Hmmm, I wonder which part of upper you mean. Upper mission? Upper Siluko? Upper ekenwan? Cos it definitely is not upper sakponba. In upper sakponba, it used to be a regular 6 hrs on and 6 hrs off but these days, instead of bringing it by 12 noon to take it by 6pm,they bring it by 12 noon, take it by 12:10 and they are done for the day. Recently they switched to 3 hrs within the normal 6 hrs they are supposed to bring it but that was even not perfect. The truth is, if you don't stay at home, you think all is well but it is not. |
Sometimes I ask myself if what Nigeria needs is not a political cleansing similar to what Jerry Rawlings did. Oh well, it is obvious that man cannot direct his steps. |
hardeybaba:You just said a whole bunch of nothing. Which people are 'You people'? |
Fireson:I am oh! Using the bus as against a flight had its perks. I was stunned when I saw our border in Ogun State. It was the worst of all the ones I passed through. The least organised and lacked aesthetic beauty. It is sad that a former president of the Federation hails from that state. I was also wowed by the beach side in Togo. Was tempted to stop and stay 2 days at least. The place is lovely. Thanks for the advice. Efex got me there safe and sound though the driver took his sweet time. Lol |
dotsdavidson: cutiefy:Thanks guys. You have both been wonderful. The thread achieved its purpose. |
Guineas Nig. PLC does its best to maintain its high standard. The assertion by NAFDAC is quite porous. Why would they be asking for administrative charges when Guineas has 'supposedly' violated standards? They should be demanding penalties. In any case, Guineas Nig. has been good to Nigeria. Their packages for their staff was quite good but the moment they had a Nigerian GM, their welfare gradually dwindled and now it just trickles. Our people are so corrupt that it is when they came on board that things became tighter for their staff. Telling lies and saying targets not reached. Believe me if Guineas is guilty, the staff would be the ones to suffer it. However, I also know they have abandoned production factories. Some years ago, I know they had to stop production in their Aba branch. If the facility is not in use then they should not be made to pay ridiculous fine. If ever Guineas is cutting corners which I doubt, the blame is on the Nigerian GM's they are a stingy and greedy lot. Thinking only of themselves and leaving their less fortunate Nigerian staff. In any case, if there is no legal basis, biko go to court |
Hey guys, compliments of the day. Please, I want to travel to Accra, Ghana tomorrow by land but I am confused by the information I have found on the net. I planned to follow efex from yaba but Google just told me that efex is not one of the best 5. I noticed Chisco is one of the best 5 mentioned but a thread on nairaland mentioned how a trip with chisco lasted 3 days on the road and how bad the trip was. Please can anybody give me adequate info on an efficient transport service, the fare, park etc. I would really appreciate it. |
safe06:Lol, old GRA and New one which one you sure say go groove pass? Sabi mamas unu weldone oh! |
MissLaura: , Thanks. No problem at all. |
MissLaura:27th till 10th |
LagosNIV:Thank you. You are right about applicants thinking they expressed their intentional better. In fact in my case, I doubt I had the opportunity to even begin. I was waiting for her to leave the computer and focus on me so we can converse so I answered her questions briefly. Besides I thought swinging into a narration without being prompted would seem desperate. More so as I saw one visa officer who took time to listen to an applicant explain why her record has a Police report attached and even offered to help her resolve it so that she can use the drop box afterwards. This was before granting her the visa. I guess seeing that nice officer made me expect such treatment too. I will reapply because if the purpose of the interview is to ascertain persons who will not abscond then I am a prime candidate. I want to attend the conference and deliver my paper. |
abujaniv:Dear VO, Thanks for getting back to me. I was really stunned. In under 2mins I was shown the door with the blue form and refused under 214b. No ties? I was honest to the t. Be married 8 years this october, hubby works with a multinational company, we live in our own house. Attending conferences is one of the ways academics building their cv's. Even the sister I planned to visit is moving to ghana in september. I bet the officer thought I had no plans to come back. I have worked too hard on my paper to give it up. She did not even look at one document. Not the letter of introduction from the registrar 's office, not the letter of invitation from one of your recent award winning staff, not the evidence of payment for the conference and accomodation. I am currently in the 2nd year of my Ph. D studies, I want to carve a nitche for myself because I am working in an area that no one else in my faculty has bothered to look into. She asked about sponsor and I told her that tentatively I am sponsoring myself while waiting for my tetfund approval. Was that too honest? She asked if I have kids and I said no. Am I currently pregnant and I said no! So if I had kids, I would have more ties? Jeez, is it a Crime to be reproductively challenged? I Declare here and now that I do not care about staying in the states. If I had been granted a visa, on the 1st day of october immediately after the conference I would have been on the next flight out. I love my Job and I intend to become a Prof. in the not too distant future. America is just the first of all the places I intend to go. Thank you Dear officer. |
VisaOfficer:Thank you for the prompt reply. I already pasted my question there since yesterday, unfortunately I got no response. |
Gd Day VO, Please I have an interview visit scheduled for 21st i.e next tuesday. My question is, will my bank balance be a consideration as to whether or not I would be granted a visa? Thank you |

They are not all scamers. I have tried Bunmioguns and I can confidently say he delivers ALL the time. And he does it in a matter of minutes. He doesn't even need you to call. Since I started using him, even my hubby now uses him. Funny enough, I do not know him. |
OmolodMilkman93:There was actually no big deal about it cos the spinal anaesthesia ensured she felt absolutely no pain in the area she was being operated on. |
Gd Morning VO, Please I have an interview visit scheduled for 21st i.e next tuesday. I intend to travel for a scientific conference. I am an academic in one of the Federal, Universities in Nigeria, married without kids but because of a recent series of ART procedures I engaged in my bank balance is kind of low. My question is, will my bank balance be a consideration as to whether or not I would be granted a visa? Thank you |
Mubzay, wipe the sadness and hold on to HIM, do not let go till HE fulfills all his promises to you which HE will surely do cos HE does not lie. Lynsunny, I am not an expert but from what I see, you have one patent tube and one blocked though it seems the blockage is not total, even though you are slightly low on FSH and Lh it seems negligent cos you are ovulating. There is nothing about your Hubby's SFA but I would suggest that you try the guifei bao and serrapeptase procedure to unblock the tube while your hubby does his own test. You can also try ACV to balance your pH and enhance fertility. This is just my two cents, sabi mamas are coming. |
MummyEsther:At MummyEsther, sorry to bother yôu but do you mean two capsules or two pricks of the needle on one capsule? Ayaakanoh, my sabi mama no.1, thank you plenty. From the experiences I have read here I have no fear regarding the efficacy of guifei, my fear is because I read that it tightens the vagina and I wonder if a tighter vagina will not make the cervix even more difficult to reach for the hysteroscopy when I am ready. Sabi mamas, please still input oh! I need you all. Baby dust. |
Apple19 and other preggy mamas in the house, congratulations. May you have a h and h 9 months. Please mumihaja, legendsmother and other sabi mamas, I have a question. I HV bought gynopharm, guifei bao and serrapeptase, wanted to use them for one blocked tube but recently, my doc told me my cervix is closed. Please advice me. Should I go ahead and use them? Or should I wait till after the hysteroscopy the prescribed. P.s: I discussed using the guifei bao with my doc and he said I should not insert anything in the vjay. Sisters please advice me biko, the Lord is your strength. |
@Quincygirl, thank you very much. May God Almighty answer you swiftly. Your stay here will be so short you will be awed IJMN- Amen |
Sisters please help me. My iui was a burst. Today I tried to dilate my cervix but it was another wahala. I have been told to prepare for hysteroscopy. Please I need information urgently on prices and procedure. Sisters please help me out. This issue is killing me. I seem to encounter a new tale every step of the way. I dont know how to cope anymore. Tears are not enough. Save a soul please |
faithfulwife:Thanks for the reply. I thought it is a gimmick by the centers to ensure that you don't go buy it and administer yourself. |
kaybim1010:Please is it true that to be effective the menogon must be refrigerated? |
@ Miracle baby and Olubankemi, thank you very much for your encouraging comments. May God Almighty water you in your hour of need in the same way you hv watered me. I am strengthened. |
@Miracle baby, thanks for the reply. Yes, I did hsg before the procedure. I HV one patent tube and one blocked. The hsg itself was another painful experience after which they mentioned stenosis of the cervix. I guess the docs did not think it was serious enough since the hsg was successful. |
Mamas in the house good morning to you all. This is my first time of stepping in here but I will go and start reading up from the beginning now. Please, I recently did an iui and the procedure was hell. Halfway into the procedure which they initially told me was like a TVs and painless, while screaming it flashed through my head to tell them that 'I don't want a child anymore and that they should leave me alone' My sister's it was that painful but I managed to hold that thought within me and not utter it out. I read my file after and the doc wrote, 'iui done with difficulty' and then they added that they plan that if it is unsuccessful, I should come during my menses to HV my cervix dilated. My question to sabi mamas please is, has anyone done that dilation or opening of the cervix before? Is it painful? How many times will it be done before it becomes normal? What should I expect? Please mamas come to my rescue because the pain I went through last week Thursday has no part 2. Mumihaji, please come back, Beauty4ashes, other sabi mamas, biko come and help a sister |
mompurity2:I would suggest that you buy cyclogest pessaries, folic acid and vasoprin. Take the folic acid and vasoprin one tablet daily and the cyclogest, insert one at night for the next 2 weeks. Am sure you don't need an explanation for the folic acid, the cyclogest is for progesterone and the web address I hv attached below will explain the vasoprin but for those who don't want to visit the web page, it says it's to lighten the blood so that it flows to all the spots where it is needed and thus aids fertility particularly for women who are prone to miscarriages. http://www.sharedjourney.com/articles/aspirin.html That is what my doc prescribed after IUI. Baby dust. |
