Please I need your advice. I live in Abuja and have 2 flats in bayelsa but I sincerely regret letting out one to a woman. Since she entered the house she has always been nagging (she wud even spoil facilities in the house and wud start complaining that they were faulty, upon investigation I discover she was responsible upto the extent of burst pipes).
My major concern is the damage she has been causing to the facilities in the house.Example:
1. She has spoilt the heater installed in the bathrooms by putting them on when there was no water running
2. Even when I treated the borehole twice, she has refused to handle pumping of the water as she should and the borehole is now not functional
3. She has refused to keep the exterior of the house tidy
4. I surpringly paid a visit to the house on June 22, 2013 and to my dismay she was not around and her ac was on
Her one tenancy expired on July 9, 2013 and I made it clear I did not want a renewal. Even as I told her that from the agreement we signed she has a leverage of some time (3 months) to stay without paying any rent before a one month quit notice is due to be served on her, she immediately challenged me to get a lawyer.
I then told her that also from the agreement we signed she would be responsibile for legal fees and costs for court actions occassioned by breaches attributable to her, she then kept quiet.
I have impressed on her I wanted her departure to be handled peacefully and as such I need advice on how to achieve this.

xukwaa: It's 7 down, 1 to go.. Pls, beware of FRE paper for Nov 2013 diet because just as it was for SFM, May 2013, so shall it be for FRE. Attend a good coaching centre and read ACCA materials for AAA, MA, SFM. Get good IFRS textbooks with sufficient illustrative questions and marry your ICAN packs for safety. If U need a soft copy of IFRS with illustrations, pls signify. Thanks to ADMIN

Thankz to u al. We av started getting customers. Was impressed dat d barber hs been barbing consistently since wednesday n from saturday we started receiving patronage from ladies.
