You should asking the agency in charge of daycare in Alberta as they would be the best to give you answers.

In Ontario, only PR and citizens qualify for day care subsidies (we were told that when we tried to apply) and the subsidy amount is income based.

So your friend should factor in daycare cost to her cost of living as they can get expensive. She could be able to claim it under childcare expenses credit (we did that for Ontario) while filing her taxes.

In summary, your friend should have money ready for daycare expenses or look for someone to watch the kids when she goes to school.

Please help clarify. CRA refunded all your daycare fees? And for how long?

I applied for the job, went through series of interviews and test. The company sent an offer afterwards and applied for the LMIA themself. They sent the approved LMIA letter with my LMIA number.[/quote]

Nice! Congrats! What field is this job in if you don't mind my asking.

How did you get the employer to give you an LMIA?

But someone mentioned here that as a student after studies, you would be given post graduate work permit then can apply for PR afterwards. It’s hurt and I feel he should have carried me along with whatever plans as his wife.

The criteria for a post graduate work permit is plentiful.

See here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/after-graduation/eligibility.html

Try and see if he meets all the requirements. If he does, then I see no reason to be shifty because the process is straightforward.

1. Masters
2. Self- funded

This implies (I may be wrong though) that he is most likely considering marriage route as he won't be qualified for the CEC route.

Writing the Canadian embassy will get you what you want. But! I will suggest you inform his family members that this will be your next move because if you do this, and he is actually doing something shady, he will be deported and probably banned for a really long time. Informing his family of you move, may make them and him open up.

Weigh your options and choose carefully.

Thank you so much your words actually uplifted my spirit, most of the suggestions I have been getting has been making me feel like a bad wife and people telling me to over look things, like it is that easy. I can imagine how some would have reacted, no one deserves this kind of maltreatment from their spouse, I have been calm enough and deserves every form of closure I can get. I’ll watch his things unfolds till the end of June.

Really sorry about your ordeal. Kudos for staying strong so far.

Some clarifications if you may please.
1. What sort of program is he running? Bachelor's, Certificate course, Diploma, masters, PhD?
2. How is he funding the program? Self-funded, scholarship etc.

These will inform my next communication.
Cheers.

This is called a slip. The whole idea for using it was for it to make it easy to put on your clothes as it acts as a smooth slippery surface to reduce/remove friction.

If you've not had Lobell Food's kilishi, you don't know what you're missing. Hygienically prepared in the oven which means, no flies and no dust. Made using real beef not that plastic thing they've been selling these days. A taste will surely convince you.

Just look for an Enterprise Rental (or your preferred car rental) closeby and rent a car - shouldn't cost you more than $15 in gas traveling to/fro. If you still insist on traveling by train, locate a GO Station closest to you and take the first leg to Union Station, then ask around for the next GO Train heading out there.

Again, if you have a valid driver's license, I would advise you to drive. And don't rent a BMW, lest you be tempted by the spirits of 401 wink

Which one is 401?

There's a train station that takes one from the airport, Pearson YYZ, to the Union Station in Toronto. It's called VIA Rail on something. I would suggest you check it out on YouTube videos to have an idea of the terminal.

You can also check online to see how you can book a train ticket to Ottawa from the Union Station in Toronto. I don't know how you can go around town in Ottawa because I live in the GTA. It's a four hour drive to Ottawa, that's like a distance of Lagos to Port Harcourt.

Reach out for further questions

Much appreciated.

There's a direct train shuttle called UP Express from the airport to Toronto's Union train station. From Union Station, you take a train ride on another train service called VIA Rail to Ottawa. More info available on Google, have a safe trip.

Avoid Lufthansa and all that. ET is your best choice at this time of Covid. Find out if they fly to Ottawa or Quebec, or fly to Toronto and take a train ride to Ottawa at the Union Station, it's part of the fun.

#MyOneCent

Can you give a breakdown of how to get from the airport to the train station and from there to Ottawa and from there to town?

-Exactly.

-If he is indeed still breathing, he may well be in natural coma.

-Comas can last from a day to several weeks. In some but very rare cases, a coma may last as long as several years, after which the patient gradually wakes but may immediately progress into a vegetative state, or die soon after.

Sebi people in coma eat saliva to stay alive for several years?

just to confirm, were they single during application or married?, because it would raise alarm if they were married and the eligible applicant claimed single initially and now wants to add his or her spouse with no recent record of marriage

You will still apply as married. You will be asked if your spouse is accompanying. When you say no, your points are calculated as if you were single. But remember that proof of fund and medicals and police report and everything will be done as if they were accompanying.

Cheers.

What type of ink does it use? Does it use a heater?

I have a colleague whose WES account still requires WAEC result evaluation having created the account about a year ago before WAEC evaluation was no longer required
Please how can he cancel it

He should send them a mail via their contact us page. But as far as I am aware, once he sends/completes the other requirements, they'll proceed without the WAEC.

Cheers
