what happens if the passport detail on CAS sent by a University is lost and a student applies for the visa with a reissued passport?
does this complicate the visa application in any way?

Good afternoon all, I have 4 questions regarding University of Wolverhampton:

- Are you required to pay 50% of the tuition fee left after deposit has been made upon arrival?

- Do they require POF before CAS is issued?

- Are they still offering 1500 discount off the total tuition fee?

- How is their response rate as regards admission and CAS issuance

I have streamlined my option to just this school cause of the free accommodation at Coventry.

Hi guys, I will be combining two accounts with two different banks for my POF i.e Naira account with Zenith and Dollar account with GTB. With Zenith Bank statement of account, my name arrangement is Prosper, Chukwu Alonge while on GTB statement of account, it is Chukwu Alonge Prosper. Does this pose any risk during my visa application?
P.S: The above names are pseudonyms and not my actual names

I collected my husband’s and I Visa from TLS today. While I have a limit of 20hrs of work/per week, my husband’s Visa beers ‘ NO WORK NO BUSINESS.

Pls who has been in this situation before
what should I do ?

A friend wants to apply for master degree admissions in the UK.

Her challenge is that her FIrst degree certificate bears her Father's name as surname and she now bears her husband's name as surname.

She is confused as to the proper name she can use for the application for admission and for her international passport. Should she use the name appearing on her degree certificate or her husbands name as surname ?

Take note: she intend to apply for a family visa with her husband.

Then different negative thoughts started ringing in our heads.
Issues we had;
•mistake in my baby’s consent letter (could be seen as minor)
•hubby was refused in US and two other countries but we tot declaring only one was sufficient and we declared only US.

Those 4 weeks and 4 days we waited for seemed like forever. Waking up with sadness mixed with headache, anxiety, high BP, fear and all sort. But we really prayed, my mum over prayed. Alhamdulilah it’s all joy now.
In fact, it was the non straight forward mail that led me to nairaland because I just needed to mix with pple who can understand me. I mailed a number of pple privately here, all due to my fear. Standard application is indeed something to stay clear of!
I pray other waiting applicants get their visas with joy, aameen.

I am dropping my own testimony here too.

IOM: 2nd Sept Abuja (after hustling Ikeja IOM, I realised e go make sense make I kuku go do abuja IOM and take the opportunity finish up biometrics in abuja, because no 2am writing names Lol.. so I flew even when it seemed I could get the Ikeja own because things started easing up a bit with the phone lines)

Biometrics: 9th sept Abuja (priority) (the second day I came for walk-in they cancelled walk-in and luckily I got appointment 2 days later. 42k saved)
Transfered to DMC: 9th sept
Received by DMC: 10th sept
Transfered to VAC: 17th sept
Received by VAC: 17th sept (8:52am)
Collection Mail: 17th sept

Student Visa Approved

No non straightforward mail
No mail at all

The wait no easy at all. Na only God fit help person. God pls remember people that have waited and waited, I can't imagine what some are going through. common 6 business days I don shake taya

A friend of mine is scared about the POF in his account. He has £7000 balance on the school fees after paying the Tuition Fees Deposit and the living expenses is £9207. Total = £16,207 and currently in his account, he has N9.5m.
16207 x 580 = N9,400,060.
He's restless and disturbed that the POF might not be enough.
Please I need expert opinion?
