Jezuz. Am I really that dumb or why is it nobody seems to me understand the statement the way I do? |
eph12:From what I read, no matter the exchange or price of oil, a marketer cannot sell above 145. |
What I read says "the price will NOT be higher than 145". What I take this to mean is, they have pegged the maximum possible price at 145; not that PMS will be sold at a fixed price of 145. |
I bet you there is budget for security of the dam since independence; I can guess as much as 500m per month right now. Don't ask me where all the money goes. But wait o, Shiroro Dam is now owned by a GenCo so no longer under the government's control. |
Since there is a link between ISIS and Boko Haram, we can see the connection of Boko Haram to the Northern "elite". |
Uzor1904:Section 91 is the equivalent of Article 134 of the US Military's UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice). Read that. US Adultery in the military is actually prosecuted under Article 134, which is also known as the "General Article." Article 134 simply prohibits conduct which is of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, or conduct which is prejudicial to good order and discipline.http://usmilitary.about.com/od/justicelawlegislation/a/adultery.htm Nigeria 91. Scandalous conduct of officer |
Peacetemi:It either means the back of his head was ironed when he was a kid or his parents slung him against the wall, as a kid. ![]() |
VanBommel:LOL...Na Kamoru. I think Kamal is a Muslim. |
ENDTIMEISNEAR:With the spelling of "Dane", I can already guess the back of your head is flat. If you have no positive comments, shut the fvck up. |
Flashh:You are right. But in most cases when a woman wants to mess with you, she won't do it directly. She will recruit a mass of dumb terminals and knaves in rusty armor (basically a mass of f00ls looking to compensate for their useless existence). Those are the ones who may do the real damage; not the scorned b1tch. ![]() |
queenoflafia:Yes. You get a dishonorable discharge for that (thrown out of the army). It is standard world wide. And no, it doesn't only apply to military personnel; even if civilians are involved, you get thrown out. So if a military man fvcks your wife (or woman fvcks your husband), best way to fvck him/her up is to report to his/her superiors. http://militarylawcenter.com/practice-area/adultery-in-the-military/ The U.S. Armed Forces hold their service members to a higher ethical level than people in civilian life.Adultery in the military is a criminal offense under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Adulteryis defined as sexual relations between a married person and someone other than his or her spouse. Adultery also occurs if you are the not married party but have sexual relations with a person who is married, or even legally-separated from his or her spouse. Being “legally-separated,” is never an excuse under the UCMJ. |
omoadeleye:...as long as we agree that filing for bankruptcy INDEED means you are bankrupt. Some kids think you file for bankruptcy just to avoid paying a woman who filed a lawsuit against you. They don't realize the shame and deprivation that come with it. |
abes:So, I ASSUMED he was Governor of Kaduna and he was Head of State of Nigeria? I assumed he was Minister for Petroleum? I guess that doesn't make you a leader of your people eh? |
omoadeleye:He might not be required to pay immediately; and he may even still have assets. Of what use is it to sell your assets when they don't even cover the debt you are owing (leaving you completely ruined and probably no longer capable of ever paying back)? You are probably speaking of what will begin to happen when the protection expires. |
abes:What proof do you need? Are you just mucking around or something? A man who has been one of the foremost Fulanis in the Nigerian space; became Head of State in 1984 (before that Governor of Kaduna State that was much larger back in the day) and even owns cattle is not considered by Fulani herders as a leader? And I need to PROVE it? |
abes:I'll ignore your lame sarcasm and ask; "do the Fulanis consider Buhari a leader"? Yes or no. You don't need to bother answering though. |
Mayor101010:Guy, I already told you I am losing patience with you but you insist. What you posted up there has no logic whatsoever. Chapter 11 MEANS you are bankrupt. You cannot file bankruptcy just at a whim like it is some kind of fashionable thing. It is disgraceful. Not just that, it follows a process that involves auditors, lawyers and judges. If you do not qualify for Chapter 11 protection, you will not get it. Rather, all your assets may be sold off to pay your creditors if auditors find that you do have enough capital and assets to pay your debt. Those who qualify for protection are those who CANNOT pay simply because their total debt exceed their total worth (assets + capital). When you file Chapter 11, you are INDEED BANKRUPT. BUT, bankruptcy is not the same as going broke. Once again, read my posts and don't bother me with any more replies. I am done with teaching today. |
Mayor101010:Apparently, you are blind or didn't read the post I responded to? Please, read my posts and learn; but don't bother responding to me again. I may lose my patience with you. |
abes:If you are a cattle herder, and you read that other cattle herders are taking cattle unto airport tarmacs and causing road accidents; and these other cattle herders consider you a leader, would it not trigger a brainwave in your head that it is about time cattle herders modernize? Is the fact that your cattle causing all kinds of mishaps and issues not enough to make you go study how civilized people operate ranches, and then convince your people to follow suit? That is what I expect of a pragmatic, forward thinking leader. This may indicate which side of the divide Buhari falls. |
abes:Huh? What do leaders do? Is that really a question? I have already told you the solution, you are talking about "complaint". If I have to speak with all my mouth before you understand what I am saying, then I will say "leaders lead by words and example". Which way has Buhari directed Fulani herdsmen? Which direction has he shown? Aha. |
Mayor101010:...and where did you see me mention "broke" in that post? Most of you just jump in and comment on things you cannot comprehend. Just read the rest of my posts if you want to get educated. |
modath:OK, now with all the noise and he being one of them (even owning cattle), he should start doing something about it. You should ask yourself what he was doing all these while even when he was not president? That should tell you a lot about leadership in the North. A proper leader (even without being president) should have started doing something about this. I want to imagine that he must have heard about all these cases of cattle encroaching on airport tarmac and causing road accidents? Or was he in Mars all that time? |
MAROC:I saw 1m Pounds in the OP. What we should ask is, how did he get that money? What is the value of his 5 houses and how did he raise funds to build them? Those are the questions the next administration should ask him (of course he won't be asked if APC continues to rule). |
haul:I have never seen a more apt example of a paradox. |
haul:Abi mad man dey fvck your MOTHER? Wetin dey worry this one? I tried to educate you, but I see that you came from a tryst between a Zynjanthropus and a m0r0n (not sure which is your father and mother). You better slink away before I completely annihilate you. |
haul:You may want to pull backwarder...if you don't want to continue. I force you? |
kaziblake:Please tell me please. Oh, I didn't know that all it took to be bankrupt in the US was to say you are bankrupt. You don't have to worry about lawyers, auditors or judges. All you just have to do is mount a podium and state that you are bankrupt. Are people really this mor0nic? |
kaziblake:LMAO. Learn to be dumb like you? I pass. |
haul:Once again, mumu, being broke is not the same as being bankrupt. Get that into your block head. You are bankrupt when your total debt exceeds the total worth of your assets and capital. Capisce? No need to pay for the free education. Just take it and ruminate on it. |
kaziblake:Obviously not. Just learn and fvck off. |
haul:Hahaha...typical ignoramus. When you correct them, they get angry. Ode. Are you the one to school me about filing for CHAPTER 11? Oponu. I am trying to hammer it into your head that when you file for CHAPTER 11 (Bankruptcy), your creditors cannot come and snatch your property and sell them off till that period of protection expires. You are allowed to reorganize your business so that you can pay them back. The fact that you still have some money and property does not mean you ARE NOT BANKRUPT. You are bankrupt for the simple fact that you have Chapter 11 protection. If all your creditors collect on the debt you are owing, you will be ruined. When the total of your debt is more than the total worth of your assets and capital, then you are bankrupt. Get that into your empty skull. |
kaziblake:Yay! All hail the gangsta rap follower. You should follow FINANCE more, so you can know what the hell you are talking about. Let me give you a page to start from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_11,_Title_11,_United_States_Code You think it is moin-moin to file for ChAPTER 11? You just write "I am filing for Chapter 11" and voila, you are protected. Read less gangsta rap and more about finance. By the way, you are probably a duffer when we are talking about gangsta rap. |
