I thought stream 2 registration is seperate from stream1? that is, after this registration there would be another registration for stream 2?

CC: munavi
Yes there will be a stream 2 registration period for Batch B stream 2. Each Batch registers every 3 months and the streams register one month of each other.

You can proceed to register now or you wait till the registration period of the next stream. It will still be valid.

Please house, I have checked the senates list on the nysc website and I have seen that the C list for 2022 is out. I want to know if that is the last list that we'll get for 2022 set, especially for those who had a few issues? Will there be any other list within the next year? Or do we have to wait till around this time next year i.e end of next academic year?

Munichlover and Danielhouston did a great job on this forum. My interactions with them on their thread gave me so much confidence boost and so much hope that I literally feel empty now that they are gone.

I hope to meet them one day to thank them personally for taking the time to create such content that did not only entertain but enrich the soul.

They were literally a blessing to me during this lockdown. God bless you guys wherever you are. Amen.

Gummygummy:

Your questions are very personal and weird but oh well...

1.Canada
2. 27
3. I’m not married. I don’t know whether I’ll marry from there, here or anywhere. I’ll know when it’s time.
I like your spirit though

I bet people experience all this too in some parts of LA & NY.

Freedom and open mindedness is good, but so is restraint.

Too much sexual exploration leads to all these crazy fetishes. I fear for kids in Berlin.

Wonder if OP has encountered beastial acts or adults that like being in diapers behaving like babies Lol. .

Doubt they care about scandals.

Calm down things are happening in your very own city that's almost the same as this, just that you won't know. If you search hard enough you won't be disappointed. Cheers! cheesy

Commendable. This is what I look for in threads here on nairaland. I just want to here your stories, experiences and opinions. It doesn't have to be special, a lil update on your day to day life is enough.

You have the opportunity to reflect on your life. As you write about fun memories, your failures etc, you get a sense of what you have been able to achieve over the past years/weeks/days.

I have recently started documenting my journey while on the lockdown and I really like how I am able to evaluate my performance and check how my interest switch from one idea to another. This gives me a chance to track and correct myself.

I noticed that one type of entertainment that I have started developing interest in is vlog-type videos or stories where one documents their lives.

Most channels I subscribe to on YouTube are vlog channels. I am subscribed to one PhD students channel on YouTube who is doing research in atmospheric physics in Exeter uni. I like the occasional review of his progress. His cinematic skills are top notch. Dudes camera angle when writing code on his system is mad. He does this timelaps shots of himself studying and several things modern vloggers do and it's mad. I usually feel pumped up to start studying after watching his videos.

Keep doing what you're doing bro, you are on track.

Yes bro. New sellers are being promoted. Fiverr expected old sellers to have made enough clients that can sustain them. This is the only explanation I have for the sluggish sales this year.

I know someone that started during Pandemic, the person went on vacation because of orders. Lol
I'm very scared of freelance because it's just not very straight forward. I feel like it's a lot more like gambling because the probability of getting a client is not there.

I do web scraping. Can this be the cause?

So if a bank buys automation software, eg UI path, blueprism etc and rest of other software solutions, and he does system integration for them, and build some other solutions, does support, Na 20 Naira them go pay am. I smell your stupidity from here. Envy, if e no kill you this 2020 , make I know wetin cause am. Animal. Anuofia ,wey no Wan get sense for this miserable life e come out.
What I said is simple. I'm just being honest. I don't know any company that would be willing to pay a guy $120k for a gig.

This amount is equal to one year salary for a top American software engineer living in an expensive city like San Francisco. I'm not going to talk about the hard work and competition it takes to get there. Many other professionals in the US like mechanic engineers in some companies don't earn up to that per year as an entry-level staff.

You now claim he has a registered business and he isn't working alone. Fine. It now makes sense. The Bank contracted the gig to his company. Cool. It's still very high amount anyway but that's fare.

You should have mentioned this earlier. Your post was just too loud.

Banks spend alot on the softwares.

Or, are you saying he did yahoo ?
Reason is that Banks are more likely to do B2B i.e business to business.

No bank will willingly contract a serious business need like that to a single person. Think of it.

A quick question I want to ask and know hearts of peeps.

I have a badass programmer pal. Full stack engineer. Recently did a job for someone, and made some real good cash. Like up to $120,000. The money came from building software for 3 microfinance banks in the country.
He earns over 450,000 Naira as salary here in Nigeria as well. We got talking yesterday and he's telling me he cannot stay in Nigeria, that he's resigning immediately after lock down for airports are over.

His argument is 450,000 Nigerian Naira equals
1,162.97 United States Dollar, wheras in the US / Canada for instance, the salary is way higher.

Question is what do you think ?
I wanted to call you a thief but I just decided against it.

Look, if you don't change, you will end up in jail. Learn to set realistic and healthy goals, if not you'll drive yourself into a wall.

I was thinking I would see one Prof.. Philip, one American who came to lecture room to teach Japanese history, while the topic was International Economic diplomacy and his accents could not help matters

I don't think he was off topic. The success of Japanese businesses can be attributed to their diplomacy. Japan ranks third in the world in global economic ranking. They're are good example of the topic you mentioned and I don't see why he shouldn't talk about them.

I would have really enjoyed the lecture. Which school was this, please?
