How did this Okputu guy earn the No9 jersey ? This guy shouldn't even have made it to the CHAN competition......He is a complete "weist" He hasn't even arrived, yet he is frying hairHow on earth did we come across a lazy defender like Eze The guy has no technical ability at all.....Looks like his height makes him a liability instead of an asset |
It is a double Decker Airbus with the business class+first class at the upper cabin and economy on the ground floor. It is very roomy and the entertainment screen will pass for the mini TV screen. They only take you from Dubai to countries like England, USA and some other developed countries. From Lagos to Dubai, it's still the regular Boeing 737 or 777.....whichever self iluvpomo: |
KAYD007:As many times as your credit allows |
As long as danfo and molues are not left out, no wahala because I know 95% of them wont meet up with the criteria listed. That said, 20k in this times and season is a bit harsh, good thing is that you can get those documents done with the 20k so why not rush and do it to avoid paying such a fine? |
I mean it ended up being a blessing for the girl.... May those who tortured her be made to face the tough music. I hope she will also go through some form of rehabilitation too. |
Oshoala Well done!!! That said, I expect to read about plans to further promote the female football league with Bolanle Ambode speaking about talent discovery and promotion of talents in the female football league. It shouldn't be all about presentation of Arsenal jersey |
How time flies!!!! These boys have grown and taking after their father.... I pray they do better and make Nigeria proud just like we were of their father. Go dudes! I for one wish you multiplied success |
The average Nigerian is an economic illiterate a d that is standard. These guys are trying so hard to ensure things fall back in shape and I love the part that advices o infrastructural development as a matter of urgency. For those who see nothing good in this effort just because their hero of corruption lost, I can't help but laugh at you. No matter how bad things get, these peoole are not going to feel it as much as you and I......so we garra appreciate their efforts biko |
woow..... It is amazing that some people still traffic drugs when on the visa issued, it is clearly written that drug offences carry death sentence. I believe they were fully aware of the consequences of their action and still went ahead. People's destinies are being destroyed because people like these decided to move drugs around. They will meet their creator at home....... |
Let them just declare the whole week so we can hear word..... These people are not ready to work oh.....They just complicated plans......Hope banks will ignore this and open shop oh.....lol |
[quote author=halfricanadian post=47227297]OK LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT IF THEY ARE DISTURBING YOU. WHY DONT YOU OPEN SKILLS ACQUISTION CENTRES FOR THEM SO THEY CAN BE SKILLFULL EVEN IF THEY CANT HAWK.[/ There is a skill acquisition centre at every LGA in Lagos State and they are all FREEEEEEE. A token is handed over to each graduant on completion. That said, any hawker can go to any of the other 35states if hawking is their destiny. The Law is supreme |
The power of words and the capacity of the human mind can never be over- emphasized. I wonder what these ones heard and believed that led to them being used as such weapons in the hands of those devilish terrorists...... I just hope they ain't one of the Chibok girls ![]() |

So how does this crash the dollar come Monday or does it have an effect on the price of tomato right now? When they start posting pictures of them adding value to humanity, holler at me. |
I am happy this case went thus far and some fine will be paid to their families. Sadly the government in power will have to pay for atrocities committed by the previous lawless government who didn't know how to fight insurgents without killing innocent citizens ......even after stealing the money meant for the war! That said, it's a pity the departed ones would not come back to collect the money even as I hope their family members will not start fighting each other when they hear dollars....... I would expect that the children of those who died will have an education trust fund opened in their names and their education fully catered for......but on the other end, would family men be sleeping in an uncompleted building ![]() |
The ignorance of some Nigerians could be so scary. I am advocating critical reasoning in our curriculum biko...... Water in the head.....Does this not strike a chord Can we not think ![]() Respiratory seizure Can we not even attempt Google to determine what could be responsible for all these so we write with a bit of intelligence at least.I will give you a live scenario and maybe that will help some people. I know someone who was constantly abused in a Marriage and after several plea to leave fell on deaf ears.....She almost learnt with her life...... Her husband simply filled the bath tub with water , called her in as if to start a convo and tried drowning her.....each time she made an effort to struggle, he hit her head on the bath tiles to weaken her. This man locked the door to the house and bathroom and their only child was in the sitting room watching cartoon. The bricklayers working in the next flat heard her few shouts, broke the door into the house and bathroom to rescue her. After this incidence, no one told her to move out of the house and that man's life. I hope this helps some people to grasp what "could" have happened. |
Arghhhh.......I maintain that it is so hard being a Nigerian....To even go to school is like taking a stroll in hell. Why are we like this in this country? You asked the students to resume, they didn't ask to be called back, why punish them again na ![]() School doesn't even have accommodation for up to 50% of students. whose fault? and you dare forbid them to squat, float or hang ![]() Na wah oh |
Nigerians do not want to experience any pain....... yet they want the gain. Our fast track, fast forward, short cut, sharp practises and easy way out is why we are here today.... Una go dey talk about Martin Luther King Jnr..... do you have an idea how much he and other black people suffered before they got that freedom ?? (Go and watch Selma)Have you read about Mrs Rosa Park and the wahala she entered in the name of standing up for her rights and that of others At times, I am forced to think we are not even ready to enjoy since we are not ready for the endurance trek...... Small suffering..... they are shamelessly shouting bring back corruption..... even if you don't read, is it too much of you to comprehend that the deeper the foundation, the better the structure..... If you don't believe we have to suffer wella first of all before we can enjoy the good things we always wanted for ourselves and children, then you might have to check out ooo...... There are about 40 no visa countries you can enter with ya green passport...... Let Disco and Fuji owners or whatever they are called strike.... let anyone misbehave, they can keep misbehaving but we need to call their bluff this once and see through our very own struggles.... Those guys are the same rogues who have continually bled the Nation and wickedly stolen from our commonwealth...... they are the cabals who have so much enjoyed holding you and I to Ransom...... they can't bear to have that stop now so they won't stop at anything just to take you back into the cage and keep you in shackles...... Buhari is willing and ready to rescue this Nation, the best we can do is to support his policies and be unwavering in our support...... of course when he acts in error, we just garra reprimand him and call him back on track...... These are examples of what we need to do in ensuring Nigeria is great again...... Remember what Johnnie Walker said about the journey of a thousand miles....... We will get there Nigeria........ Let us endure this suffering now and be forever FREE from the shackles of these few cabals...... My Thoughts!!! Ifeoluwa Leo Olagbaye |
Those who think Amaechi has been betrayed by given Tranaportation Ministry needs to have their school fees returned oh. Money miss road mehn. Critical thinking is a major problem among youths of today |
This is what I call PDA I don't subscribe to this lenght in public though If they are both cool with it, I will just enjoy being the spectator ![]() Second to comment.....I will get there sometimes soon ![]() |
It is most amazing and pathetic that most people read salary and skip the allowances as clearly indicated What has gone wrong with our reading culture ![]() "to review downward the salaries and allowances of federal lawmakers at the National Assembly by 50 per cent." |
The Young African Leaders Initiative {YALI} is the flagship program of President Barack Obama that empowers young Africans through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking. They are also provided with the skills and connections needed to foster change in their communities and countries after successful completion of this program. The Initiative is a 13week program {5 weeks of training, 4 weeks of internship and 4 weeks of mentorship} On Monday August 3, 2015 The Regional Leadership Centre situated at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration {GIMPA} Accra, Ghana was officially declared open even as President Obama announced it in Washington DC. 100 Young Africans with track records in either of Entrepreneurship, Civil Leadership and Public Management were selected from eight West African countries{Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Togo, Gambia and Ivory Coast} for the 2015 Cohort program at the Accra Regional Leadership Center, Ghana; 42 of them stood out as Nigerians. The five weeks provided all participants an unequivocal insight into Leadership and Accountability, Ethics, Contemporary Issues, coaching in core competencies and Management Simulation Training with Lecturers from different parts of the world. On Friday September, 2015 all participants departed to their various countries with a new zeal and determination to change the African Continent starting with their communities. These are some of the feedback from the Nigerian participants: ‘‘My understanding of leadership has been further polished because I have learnt that as a bottom liner, I have to combine it with being a nurturer and a sales person to make me a well rounded leader. In being a better leader, I have learnt to measure the cost at which I achieved my goals; did I bruise ego or did I wound anyone’s pride along the line? At what cost did I achieve that goal?’’ Ifeoluwa Leo-Olagbaye- Public Policy and Management ‘‘YALI has made me more knowledgeable about my space, thus my capacity has been built to be more responsible and responsive’’ Chukwuemeka Mbah-Civic Leadership. ‘‘I was inspired by the guest speakers we had. I learnt from Farida Bedwei to delete ‘Ican’t from my vocabulary and replace it with ‘I’ll try’. I learnt from Dr Marc Hardy the importance of sharing my fire and paying forward the favours Ive received from helpers in the past’’ Ibe Chidiogo Ijeoma- Entrepreneurship ‘‘Being a YALI participant has afforded me a life altering experience, a period of valuable networking, experimental learning and unlearning; I have imbibed positive leadership principles amongst others. I am the new face of positive change, empowered to impact my society more effectively towards the growth and development of Africa. Africa is better because of YALI. Aghama Moriah Jesurobo- Civic Leadership ‘‘I will ever be grateful for the opportunity I was given to be a part of the thirty-five days of investment into raising global leaders to bring about the needed transformation in our generation. I have been impacted with the ability to be a positive change agent. The inspiring moments spent together with different people through capacity building, teamwork, networking and series of lectures received will never be forgotten. I can now stand as a leader to make the positive change this generation needs. Gideon-Moses Adeolu Awojobi- Entrepreneurship ‘‘YALI was a life changing experience; I did things I had never done before but most especially, I networked and brainstormed with fellow young Africans on how Africa can be a better place by sharing our fire. I experienced in-depth knowledge about leadership, ethics, entrepreneurship and lots more. Adebukola Oluwatodimu Awogbade- Entrepreneurship ‘‘I had the great honour and privilege to be a pioneer member of YALI RLC 2015. The YALI experience has helped improve my confidence and how to read consensus in team work as a leader. I have also realised that there lies a sleeping giant in me that needed to be awakened'' Salawu Ololade Latifat- Civic Leadership ‘‘The five weeks at YALI RLC was indeed awesome for me, I have developed strong leadership skills that will make me more impactful and active in my Community, Business and Nigeria'' Okocha Nkem- Social Entrepreneur ‘‘YALI afforded me the opportunity to meet and interact with some of Afircs's very best. I have become a better person for it.. Thanks to President Obama for this wonderful initiative. Olabisi Olaniran SundayCivic- Leadership
