Guys are not hard to decipher. You can get their attention easily.

You are naturally designed to gain any guy’s attention. You just need some tweaks.

Here are some tips that will help you.

1. Invite him for a social event.

2. Relate with his friends. Talk to them about him. Just talk about his qualities.

3. Shown interest in his goals and aspirations.

4. Get to love what he loves. Do not pretend, or else your faked interest will be revealed, when you finally get him.

5. Share food with him, or cook him a good meal.

6. Always ask for his opinion on issues.

7. Compliment his outfit, intelligence etc.

8. Get to know more about him. Ask him questions about himself.

9. If you are bold enough, Say it!

You cannot compare presidential planes to all the death traps paraded in our aviation industry. They are used less and adequate maintenance is guaranteed. They should get new planes and have the presidential fleets as additional.

This man get head so? Presidential fleet? In as much as we all decry large number of aircraft in that fleet .....we all must try to understand that they are not configured for domestic passenger use. I would support charging of executive passengers using them for private or official shuttles as a means of paying for its own maintenance.
You can restructure almost about anything. Restructure the interior to accommodate passengers.

A former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Dr. Olisa Agbakoba, has urged the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, to immediately commence reforms in the aviation sector by converting the presidential fleet for public use.

Agbakoba, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, said this in a statement on Sunday. He listed eight areas Buhari must concentrate on in order to succeed.

He said, “The aviation sector requires major reform. Nigeria has no presence in the aviation business. Nigeria Airways has been long comatose. Foreign aircraft dominate the Nigerian airspace and earn well over a trillion naira to our exclusion.

“A trillion naira is about a quarter of our entire national budget. The way forward is to redeploy all aircraft in the presidential fleet to form the hub of a new national carrier. Business for this new national carrier is easy to generate. I have proposed a bill, the Fly Nigeria Bill, to ensure that every government naira used to purchase a ticket must originate and terminate on a Nigerian carrier.

“The Fly Nigeria Bill, when passed into law, will create an instant market for our national carrier.”

Agbakoba said Nigerians were looking up to Buhari just as Americans looked up to Franklin Roosevelt for succour during the Great Depression of the 1930s.

He maintained that Buhari must concentrate on the fight against corruption, housing, constitutional reform, welfare, financial services, economic reform, national re-orientation and legal reform.

He said, “I see strong parallels between the great economic depressions that occurred in American in the 1930s and the present challenges in Nigeria. I will suggest that close attention be given to how President Roosevelt dealt with the challenges of the great depression that came to be known as “The New Deal”. Nigeria needs its own New Deal in very many directions.”

Agbakoba said in the area of housing, for instance, securing a mortgage had become almost impossible for low-income earners.

He said, “There is a shortage of housing for low-income earners and constantly growing housing demands (due to increase in population) that are unmet. Unfortunately, banks are reluctant to provide mortgage facilities to low-income earners.

“In order to solve the housing/mortgage challenges described above, the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company was established to promote home ownership and increase the availability and affordability of mortgage loans to Nigerians.

“In spite of the incorporation of NMRC on June 24 2013, not much has changed.”

Bayelsa State publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Osom Makbere, has said President Goodluck Jonathan lost the March 28 presidential election due to international and domestic conspiracies.

Makbere, who is also a lawyer, stated this in an exclusive interview in Yenagoa on Friday.

He said the divisions in the PDP fold and the overbearing attitude of the President’s wife, Dame Patience, also contributed to the president’s loss.

Giving insight on the failure of the President at the poll, Makbere said, “History has stated that no failure, defeat or loss is a product of a single factor. Jonathan’s loss could be blamed on a multiplicity of interwoven causes.

“Jonathan was a victim and target of international cum domestic esoteric codes and conspiracies. On the international level, the passage of the anti-gay legislation led to criticisms and face-off with the US, and the West.

“The strides made in the economic sphere, especially domestic rice promotion, calculated by the Jonathan administration to flip economic growth, and boost import substitution, also negatively alerted the West. The shift to China for our railway transformation, and recently, the migration to Russia for arms and ammunition to quelling the insurgency also signalled to the West that Jonathan had started constituting a self-reliant and dependent nation-state, a feat seen too tall by the US and their allies in the West.

“The aforesaid international factors found room to flourish given the obstinacy and impudence on the part of Mrs. Jonathan. The end result of her personal ambition to plant ‘self-made’ governors triggered face-offs with some governors.”

Makbere also opined that the All Progressives Congress will perform worse than the PDP at the centre.

He said, “I can tell you that this APC will be worse than the PDP as there is already imminent fear of implosion.

“In Kano, for instance, the APC got all 40 constituencies. This meant that none of the PDP candidates were popular enough to emerge but, the PDP maintained their calm and stoicism.

“We do not know what the APC wants. Whenever they win, the PDP congratulates them, but whenever the PDP wins, the APC would induce the election observers and the electoral officers to call for a re-run or cancellation. That is the zenith of desperation.”

But Secretary, Bayelsa APC, Mr. Marlin Daniel, said the statement that APC would perform worse than the PDP was misinformed and unfortunate.

He said that APC parades men and women of proven integrity and impeccable track records of performance.

He said, “It is obvious Nigerians have seen the people in the APC. The international community knows the pedigree of people in APC leadership. When you go to states controlled by the APC you will see what is on ground.

“The President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, is an incorruptible man. So, for anybody to say that APC will perform worse than the PDP is a child’s talk, mere campaign of calumny and propaganda.

“APC is a revolution and nobody can stop it. God’s hand is in this revolution that is why the PDP lost despite all the money they spent to remain in power.”

Interesting.....though I guess more studies needed.

If we could synthesize the odours using genetic based methods....we could have an effective mosquito repellent cream at last.
Yeah, a brilliant study which might lead to varieties of mosquito repellant. However, total eradication of mosquitoes is the desired solution.
HealthStudy Shows That Mosquitoes Are Lured By Body Odour Genes by lolaxavier(op): 8:07am On Apr 25, 2015
The likelihood of being bitten by mosquitoes could be down to genes that control our body odour, a preliminary study in Plos One suggests.

Researchers tested pairs of identical and non-identical twins to see how attractive they were to mosquitoes.

Identical twins were more likely to have similar levels of attractiveness - suggesting shared genetic factors were at play. The "intriguing" results must now be assessed in larger trials, experts say.

Researchers have long tried to understand what drives mosquitoes to bite certain people more than others. Recent work shows the insects may be lured to their victims by body odour. And anecdotal reports suggest some relatives are just as likely to be bitten as each other.

Scientists from the UK and US wanted to find out whether genes were behind this phenomenon. To test their theory they enlisted 19 non-identical and 18 identical pairs of twins in a pilot study.

Mosquitoes seem to have a preference for which humans they bite

Identical and non-identical female twins took part in the study. In a series of experiments each twin placed one hand at an end of a Y-shaped wind tunnel as air was pumped through, carrying odour with it. Swarms of mosquitoes were then released and moved towards or away from each twin's hand.

For identical twins - who share much of their genetic material - there was an even distribution of mosquitoes in both sections. This suggests the insects did not prefer the odour of one hand more than the other.

In contrast, results for the non identical twins - who share fewer genes - were more varied.
Researchers say their works suggests attractiveness to mosquitoes could be caused by inherited body odour genes.

Their next step is to uncover which specific genes may be involved.

Further research is now under way.

RomanceWhy Do Guys Thank Ladies For Accepting Them On Facebook? by lolaxavier(op): 8:46pm On Apr 24, 2015
Lots of guys are guilty of this...
It beats my why some guys will always thank ladies in this circumstance.
Guys, stop writing on a lady's timeline thanking her For Accepting your Friend Request On Facebook. You have not won a diamond because she accepted you. It's so irritating and smacks of both desperation and lack of self-esteem. At worst, you should welcome the person and say that you're looking forward to knowing more about her, and better still send a personal message and say 'you are happy to have her on the facebook platform '. Not writing silly stuffs like "Baby, thanks for accepting me as your friend".
Take all your discussion to the personal message tab.

Guys, what do you think?
