Anthony Joshua wins with a second-round KO

Anthony Joshua knocked out Francis Ngannou in the second round of a stirring victory during Friday's heavyweight bout in Saudi Arabia.

Joshua, the British star, knocked down Ngannou in the first round, knocked him down again in the second round and then delivered the knockout punch at 2:38 of the second round.

The knockout blow, a powerful right hand, left Ngannou out cold. Ngannou, the former UFC champion, was down on the canvas for more than a minute and received oxygen, according to the DAZN broadcast.

it was a stunning setback for Ngannou, who knocked down Tyson Fury during his pro debut in October and looked impressive in a split-decision loss. But Joshua, the two-time world champion, was in control from the outset Friday.

E get why...so that when any issue arises, you can reference such mail and save yourself. People will save themselves first and push you under the bus.

4. Get a notepad. Always listen, pay adequate attention to details and take notes in meetings either formal or informal.

5. When in meetings, only speak when you have meaningful contributions. Don't just talk so that you can be noticed. At the same time, don't always be quiet in meetings or else you will be perceived to be clueless.

6. Take feedbacks constructively. If positive, thank the person. If negative, thank the person and ask what you can do to remedy the situation and inprove. If someone gives you a feedback in a rude manner, find time to speak with him or her one on one and let your thoughts be known to the person in a polite manner.

7. Be friendly to everyone. This doesn't mean you will be friends with everyone and vice versa. Accord respect to both senior and junior colleagues. You will be liked when you are always there to show support and share Knowledge with others.

8. Learn soft skills - effective communication, listening, attention to details, eye contact etc.

9. Always see all opportunities you engage with colleagues as learning platforms. Be open to learning and improving yourself even out of your current job descriptions .

Gianluca Vialli, the former Italy and Chelsea striker, has died aged 58 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Gianluca Vialli left his role as a coach with Italy in December, citing his need to undergo treatment for pancreatic cancer; the former Italy and Chelsea striker was diagnosed with the disease for a second time in 2021, after first being treated for the illness in 2017.

Vialli was first diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017 and then for a second time in 2021, shortly after Italy's Euro 2020 triumph.

He left his role with Italy in December, citing his need to undergo treatment for the disease.

Vialli played for Cremonese, Sampdoria and Juventus before joining Chelsea in 1996.

In 1998 he became player-manager of the Blues following the departure of Ruud Gullit and that year led the club to glory in the League Cup, UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and UEFA Super Cup.

Vialli finished his playing career at the end of the 1998/99 season to focus on management and Chelsea would win the FA Cup and Charity Shield in 2000 under the Italian, before he was sacked early in the 2000/01 season.

Vialli played 59 times for Italy, scoring 16 goals, and had most recently been the national side's head of delegation.

Excessive urination could be indicative of an underlying ailment. If not convinced,there are many publications on credible medical websites online you can access. Take it serious and visit a very good hospital immediately.

So I have this 9 weeks old eskimo dog, she is lovely and a beauty to behold. I love her so much and play a lot with her, but my only problem is that she doesn't know where to urinate. She urinates on my tiles which gets me annoyed a lot of times, I have watched dog potty training videos and tried all the tips but with very little success. I have a potty for her kept in the toilet but she prefers to urinate on my room tiles.

I have tried to keep the potty where she loves to go urinate but everytime, she shuns it and still urinate on the tiles, and at one point, I beat her and put her in the bathroom so she can see that when she urinated there, I won't beat her and will reward her, but this dog held the urine for over 10 hours and immediately I opened the bathroom door, she rushed out to the room and urinated on the tiles.

I don't know what to do again, please house, help me, she seems to be confusing the room for the rest room and the rest room for the room.

It is the training you give to your dog it listens to. Training dogs is not just overnight. You have to be patient and repetitive.
Now for a 9-week old Eskimo, it is harsh to expect too much from it. It is a puppy and puppies at that age are not fully developed mentally to start assimilating commands.
Whatever training you are administering has to be patient and repetitive. The latter is what makes it stick.

Remember it is how you teach your dog that it will act. My dogs don't kill rodents or roaches. They may want to chase but instantly withdraw once the insect or rodent moves away from them, they live it alone and allow it to wander away. My dogs are 11mths old.
