https://i2.wp.com/salubi.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/agbo-jedi-167012439.jpg?resize=770%2C375 Agbo jedi is found in many homes, and a lot of people swear by it as the prevention and cure of jedi-jedi (haemorrhoids). Packed with the richness of many herbs (in unknown proportions), it has claimed to stand the test of time. The concerns for the possible side effects on the body have been talked about for a while now within the scientific community, but agbo jedi is still going strong. What are these concerns and what are the risks involved when you take a swig of this bitter drink? 1. Toxicity People believe strongly that this is herb, and herbs don’t harm anyone. But the truth is this is a mixture of so many things, including toxins, and only one of these substances alone is enough to serve as a poison within the body. If the concentration is high enough, it could lead to sudden death. 2. Side effects The other alluring factor, apart from claims of agbo actually working, is the fact that it is made from all natural ingredients. The fact that it is natural, does not automatically mean it is safe, and that is something that needs to be understood. Every drug has potential side effects, but because it is usually unclear what is in this agbo, it may be more disastrous if an unwanted effect does happen, as it is easier to deal with something that is known. https://i1.wp.com/salubi.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/2101524_bg_jpegf99a03ecf0c352129bd91531ab76f0e8.jpg?resize=300%2C300 3. Poor or inadequate treatment Most people who take agbo to cure ailments do not bother going to a proper medical facility for proper diagnosis. Also, after they feel their symptoms are resolved, there would most likely not be follow up visits to the doctor to be sure everything is fine. This leaves open the possibility of the underlying ailment remaining unknown and untreated; and causing bigger health problems in the future. Remember, a tree is better destroyed when it is still a small plant. 4. Interference with medication Some people will go to the hospital to get drugs, and they will still go back home to combine such with agbo. Research has shown that some herbs increase the concentration of drugs in the body beyond the length of time the manufacturers intended. This would mean that a dose of Viagra will last longer than intended. The result of this is more harmful side effects occurring in the body; but avoiding agbo, especially while taking conventional medicines, resolves this problem. 5. Kidney failure This is the most terrible complication of long-term use of agbo. He kidneys have to filter out toxins and other chemicals from the body in the form of wastes in urine. But agbo has been found to conain substances that gradually weaken and finally destroy the kidneys. This is why every now and then, you’ll find someone whose kidneys have packed up, and now needs someone else to ‘dash’ him another kidney. Crazy, huh? Agbo jedi has been used by many and beneficial herbs are likely present in them. However, because the concentrations used have not been monitored to ensure it is always safe, it poses a hazard. A lot of the drugs in circulation are made from plants under proper conditions, making it less of a gamble when you use them. So, be careful what you take. Ignorance is no excuse. http://salubi.com/health-tips/5-problems-that-users-of-agbo-jedi-will-face/ |

Women never lie. We tell small untruths flavoured with vanilla. If you really believed these, we should send you back to kindergarten. The truth is everyone lies. Women also tell lies. I believe I hear some Naija guys clapping and cheering in the background as I write this. I won’t sugarcoat things. Here are the top lies every woman tells: 1. He’s just a friend I bet a lot of guys will read this, then go query their babes. Often times, he is not just a friend. We just don’t wahala so we claim friendship. But sometimes, a male jogging buddy is just that. A jogging buddy. https://static.omgvoice.com/images/2016/06/30061532/na-so.png 2. It wasn’t expensive Just multiply the figure in your head by at least 40. When we say that about after we’ve just gone shopping, just be like: https://static.omgvoice.com/images/2016/05/26204841/54237502.jpg 3. I just threw an outfit together This is a major lie. We spent hours planning the perfect outfit to wear on that date with you. https://static.omgvoice.com/images/2016/06/30061455/Bzl8TzyCQAEN7RX.jpg 4. I’m fine If you ask what’s wrong, we’d say we’re fine. Even though we clearly aren’t. And If you don’t ask? You should be making your last confessions to a priest at that time. https://static.omgvoice.com/images/2016/06/30062636/madlowkey.png 5. I love sports A girl will tell you she loves sports (say football) then proceed to put CR7 in Chelsea and tell you Beckham still plays football. Lol, we just do this because we like you. https://static.omgvoice.com/images/2016/05/26232538/f29.png |
Well, I am not too sure about Boateng and Kroos though but i certainly concur with the rest. |
https://www.uefa.com/img/apps/Articles/Infographics/tott.jpg The team (4-2-3-1): Rui Patrício (Portugal); Joshua Kimmich (Germany), Jérôme Boateng (Germany), Pepe (Portugal), Raphaël Guerreiro (Portugal); Toni Kroos (Germany), Joe Allen (Wales); Antoine Griezmann (France), Aaron Ramsey (Wales), Dimitri Payet (France); Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal). In the past a 23-man squad was selected with Ronaldo (2004 and 2012) and Pepe (2008 and 2012) both previously picked twice. Ronaldo was also in the All-Time EURO 11 named before the tournament. The team was selected by UEFA's 13-strong panel of technical observers, led by UEFA chief technical officer Ioan Lupescu and including Sir Alex Ferguson, Alain Giresse, David Moyes, Packie Bonner, Mixu Paatelainen, Savo Milošević, Peter Rudbæk, Gareth Southgate, Thomas Schaaf, Jean-François Domergue, Ginés Meléndez and Jean-Paul Brigger. The technical observers have made their choices bases on various criteria, which had been outlined before the tournament. The formation was selected as the most-used of the finals. Two technical observers were present at every game and their reports will contribute to the UEFA EURO 2016 technical report, which will be released on UEFA.com in September. UEFA coaching ambassador Sir Alex Ferguson said: "After quite a bit of deliberation, the observers chose a team that features the best performing players from the best performing teams at UEFA EURO 2016. We have chosen dominant central defenders; full-backs who can defend and attack; deep-lying midfielders who can control the game and dynamic, flexible and creative attackers, all of whom have the ability to create and score goals. We believe that the selected XI represents the best of the competition." http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro/news/newsid=2389933.html |

He may not have won the world cup yet but I believe his feats at club and country level make him such an extraordinary player. With nothing less than 50 goals in each of the past 4 or 5 seasons, i'm not sure any of the other two matched that record. He has won Champions league with an English and a Spanish club. Without being biased, he is just everything you can think of a player. I am not underrating the other two but... For me, it is Cristiano Ronaldo, CR7. Who is your greatest?

https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/660/cpsprodpb/AA23/production/_89655534_89655533.jpg Nasa's Kepler telescope has discovered more than 100 Earth-sized planets orbiting alien stars. It has also detected nine small planets within the so-called habitable zone, where conditions are favourable for liquid water - and potentially life. The finds are contained within a catalogue of 1,284 new planets detected by Kepler - which more than doubles the previous tally. Nasa said it was the biggest single announcement of new exoplanets. Space agency scientists discussed the new findings in a teleconference on Tuesday. Statistical analyses of the expanding sample of worlds helps astronomers understand how common planets like our own might be. https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/624/cpsprodpb/11CB/production/_89655540_89655539.jpg Dr Natalie Batalha, Kepler mission scientist at Nasa's Ames Research Center in California, said the calculations so far suggested there could be tens of billions of potentially habitable planets in the Milky Way. "If you ask yourself where is the next habitable planet likely to be, it's within about 11 light-years, which is very close," said Dr Batalha. Astronomers said they consider planets that are 1.6 times Earth's radius or smaller are likely to be rocky, and may therefore be potential targets in the hunt for life. Future telescopes such as the James Webb Space Telescope could analyse the light from the atmospheres of exoplanets for potential markers of biology. Of the telescope's finds to date, the planets Kepler-186f and Kepler-452b are arguably the most Earth-like in terms of properties such as their size, the temperature of their host star and the energy received from their star. Dr Batalha said the new finds Kepler 1638b and Kepler-1229b were intriguing targets in the search for habitable planets. The Nasa Ames researcher said the Kepler mission was part of a "larger strategic goal of finding evidence of life beyond Earth - knowing whether we're alone or not, to know... how life manifests itself in the galaxy and what is the diversity". She added: "Being able to look up to a point of light and being able to say: 'That star has a living world orbiting it.' I think that's very profound and answers questions about why we're here." Dr Timothy Morton, from Princeton University in New Jersey, said the overwhelming majority of exoplanets found by Kepler fell into the super-Earth (1.2-1.9 times bigger than the radius of Earth) and sub-Neptune sized (1.9-3.1 times bigger than Earth's radius). He noted that planets in this size range had no known analogues in our Solar System. https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/624/cpsprodpb/CD55/production/_89656525_89656524.jpg Scientists used a new statistical technique to validate the 1,284 new exoplanets from a pool of 4,302 candidate worlds. The technique involves folded in different types of information about the candidates from simulations, giving the astronomers a reliability score for each potential new world. Candidates with a reliability greater than 99% were designated as "validated planets". The team identified a further 1,327 candidates that are more likely than not to be planets, but do not meet the 99% threshold and will require further study. Kepler employs the transit method to detect planets orbiting other stars. This involves measuring the slight dimming of a star's light when an orbiting planet passes between it and the Earth. The same orbital phenomenon was involved when Mercury passed across the face of the Sun on Monday 9 May. The Kepler telescope, named after the Renaissance astronomer Johannes Kepler, was launched on 7 March 2009. In May 2013, the second of four reaction wheels - used to control a spacecraft's orientation - failed on Kepler. This robbed the orbiting observatory of its ability to stay pointed at a target without drifting off course. However, engineers came up with an innovative solution: using the pressure of sunlight to stabilise the spacecraft, allowing it to continue its planet hunt. The resulting mission was dubbed K2. http://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-36256725 |
