Saraki is too clever to go down this path even though he Saraki is one of the defectors

In fact his media spokesman stated they had no plans to declare anyone seat vacant. There is also a process for declaring anyone seat vacant and that process is supported by a resolution of the house in question. No one has started this process the last time I checked!
