This story you highlighted here is the average mentality of an average Nigerian worker. Take something to someone in an area you are not knowledgeable ( or even when you are knowledgeable), the next thing that comes to their mind is how to rip-you-off. It becomes worse when you are not around. The average Nigerian just love to cheat to eke out a living. When the situation is like this from the family, work place, market, society, church, mosque etc. Then, one wonder what kind of Government to expect.

That is if your name is not taken to the spiritualist for serious encounters....where you start falling ill not knowing the cause

Figures don't lie. Street, you actually entered Oando before your Oando don cast saga. I have actually seen your evidence.

This equally gave me a little bit of snippet into that your lovely portfolio of 18 stocks. From the little i was able to see, it means you have been long in the market and your average price in International Brewery, MTNN, HBM, Oando and Presco are all over 100%. Keep it up, you have some good stocks going for you there. I just wonder why you are always bitter and antagonistic most of the time.

Time in the Market is better than timing the Market.

Whether they hawk Dangote Refinery IPO like guguru and groundnut, gala or moi-moi l have bought and it doesn't change a thing.

In life, everything we undertake is a risk. It is either you win or you lose. Nobody on this platform knows the direction the stock will take once it is listed. Only Mr.market that will tell us. Some say it is undervalued, some say it is overvalued and some it is a fair price. You can't test the depth of an ocean by the shoreline.

Investment in itself is a game of chance. But, with consideration of numbers from the companies. You then make investments decisions. Let's just say this is part of the hazard of the business. In life every undertaken has it own hazard.

By the time the offer closes and it is listed, then we would know who is right or wrong.



Lesson learnt:Everything in life have a hazard. It is also risky not to take risk.

I have been an ardent follower of samsung, read and watched alot of reviews about samsung, loved it.

I saved up, got a samsung s23plus last year November. This year, September 2026, my phone was left idle on my office desk, all of a sudden, I saw a purple vertical line, no heat, no fall, didn't update. It's two lines now and a third faint line already coming up.

Samsung is absolutely shitty for this sole reason and I'll continue to talk them down. I wasted more that half a million for this shitty phone!

Lasaco just got NAICOM approval to do agric insurance. Big move for them.

What they will now sell:

- Multi-Perils Crop Insurance
- Plantation Insurance
- Poultry, Fishery, Livestock, Cattle Insurance
- Farm Property & Produce Insurance

Why it matters:

1. *Revenue driver:* MD Ademoye Shobo said this will "substantially boost revenue" - agric is 25% of Nigeria GDP but insurance penetration is <1%. Government Anchor Borrowers, CBN recapitalization for insurers coming - first movers get advantage.

2. *Strategy:* Head of Strategy Adedayo Adetokun says it's about diversification. Lasaco was heavy on motor/general - agric is less cyclical and gets donor or government premium subsidies.

3. *Timing:* With floods, food inflation 30%+, farmers need cover. NAICOM is pushing Index-Based Agric Insurance. Lasaco already has footprint in SW - can partner with farmer co-ops, Lagos Food Systems.

*Stock angle:* Lasaco closed at N1.75 yesterday, a small cap insurance. This approval won't move profit this quarter, but next 2 quarters if they sign state governments (like Lagos, Oyo) for subsidized crop cover, premium income could double.

If you hold insurance stocks, watch for:

- Actual gross premium written from agric segment in Q4 2026 results
- Reinsurance backing (Swiss Re, Africa Re?) - agric is high risk
- Claims ratio after rainy season.
