PoliticsRe: Apo Six: Nigeria Police Reinstates Officer Who Killed Igbo Traders by lonelypal(m): 11:22am On Nov 24, 2017
Throwback:
If he has not been found legally liable, then his dismissal should have been rightly contested. If someone has been found not guilty by a court, whatever dismissal or suspension should automatically retire.

If he was found legally liable, what was he doing free to even be contesting his dismissal when he should be on death row or languishing in jail?

Again journalists need to abide by their ethics when reporting stories with sensational headlines.
Finally!...a sensible post

News like these excite me.

These females have to learn how to act.

Toke Makinwa is next. They feel they are too diva to bother about court cases. They law isn't looking at your makeup laden faces dear.

You can't plagiarise or tarnish a person's image and hide behind your gender/makeup.

I bet when Maje's lawsuit kicks in, Toke will go to press crying and acting like the victim. It's difficult to out-victim a woman in the court of public opinion (even with all the evidence in the world) but it's pretty easy to out-victim them in the court of law.

I'll love to see how Toke will keep her face when she comes out to the press to cry after the court orders seizure of all the copies of her book.

"100mill in the account" for Maje!
Bro I think you are mixing up facts here. I dont see how the boldened is gonna happen cos the suit against Toke is a defamation suit while in the instant case, we talking of Copyright infringement (IP matter) which allows for specific and peculiar interim orders like Anton Piller orders
ComputersResolving Issues On New Ipad Air by lonelypal(op): 6:03pm On Nov 25, 2015

So if for instance Obama or UK Prime Minister invites him on talks for investment drive, he should push it aside on d bases dt, Nigerlites r gonna complain. You need to ubunderstand that a leader is permitted to take concrete and decisive steps even in the midst of strong criticism as long as such move can bring about positive change and it is result-oriented.
PoliticsRe: CCT: Court Orders Saraki's Arrest by lonelypal(m): 3:41pm On Sep 18, 2015
nationwide1:
What corruption war has APC started? How can you be so easily brainwashed?

Had Saraki not offended the powers that be in APC by ascending the throne of the senate presidency, do you think Saraki would have had a case to answer today? Until he was elected senate president in June 2015, he was saint in the eyes of Buhari, Tinubu and co.

APC can only satisfy sane Nigerians when they bring to book all the Sarakis in the senate and house of representatives. We know them and can mention some.

I'm surprised you couldn't even notice that CCB has become a an armouy in the hands of the APC led federal government. What is the difference between Obasanjo's EFCC and Buhari's CCB, EFCC? None. So no change bro.

Until all the Sarakis are brought to book, Bukola Saraki case remains a clear case of witch-hunting.
And would you rather prefer the status quo of shielding "tainted political figures" at the detriment of cleansing the polity or picking them one by one.... Choose one
PoliticsRe: CCT: Court Orders Saraki's Arrest by lonelypal(m): 3:26pm On Sep 18, 2015
Saraki and his legal team undermined the powers of the Tribunal. He could have saved himself from the present ordeal if he had showed up in court this morning and PERSONALLY challenge the jurisdiction of the Tribunal to arraign him because he has the Constitutional right to do so. Having said this, I believe he is just postponing the inevitable. This is the beginning of the End grin grin grin

EducationRe: The Worlds Top 15 Conspiracy Theories Of All Time. by lonelypal(m): 8:42am On Aug 11, 2014
musicwriter: The death of Diana is not just a conspiracy but true. She was killed to prevent the royal bloodline going to Egypt. The father of Diane's boy friend actually sued the British government to court saying clearly that his son was killed not by accident. Of course you don't expect him to win the British government in a British court. Do you?.
That has been lingering in my mind for quite a while...the same rational explanation can be given for the 'ebola' virus. If y'all remember after storming the technological world with Microsoft, Bill Gate actually made it known to everyone he was coming up with a bigger project which was to eradicate Malaria in Africa...something bigger than technological revolution. Now this may turn out to be a justification for the increase of its Foundation investments, programmes and policies in Africa and other parts of the world. Now the question is why the introduction of policies like 'GMF' Genetically Modified Foods and increase of vaccination programmes at this point in time and the sudden rampage and increase of the ebola virus cases?

hercules07: In a sane society, your human rights are fundamental and can not be withdrawn even in jail, you do have those rights.

Foreign AffairsRe: BREAKING: Uganda Supreme Court Strike Down Anti-gay Law. by lonelypal(m): 4:41pm On Aug 01, 2014
MissMeiya: The stupidity in this thread is head-splitting.

Go look up fundamental human rights. Like, how is this possible? How do people like you function? With this this amount of stupidity?
Just so u know, Your "Fundamental human rights" does not include when deranged fellows like u engage in acts that even in the animal kingdom are termed and considered abnormal, an aberration and a mis-normal. Your rights are limited and that is why humans who have "Right to life" and have been found guilty of murder by a court of law especially in Nigeria can have such right terminated. So pls quit exhibiting your ignorance on complex issues as this.
Foreign AffairsRe: BREAKING: Uganda Supreme Court Strike Down Anti-gay Law. by lonelypal(m): 4:22pm On Aug 01, 2014
Symphony007: It gives me great joy that there are still countries in africa with a judiciary that does it job without sentiments or personal feelings. No country on earth can have a constitution which protects fundamental human rights then go ahead to criminalize freedom of expression. It is ridiculous and no judiciary will stand for that. Nigeria should take note. Our supreme court must strike down ours if it gets to their desk. If our governments wants it's anti gay law to stand, then it should do a constitutional amendment were fundamental human rights is removed then a law like that can stand. But you can't claim to protect human rights and put people in jail for living their lives because you don't like how they do it. It's a mockery of constitutional democracy. You can't eat your cake and have it.
U have no idea or inkling what Fundamental human rights entails. Human rights goes beyond what you are entitled to do on ur own free-will, are u aware ur rights are limited and can be withdrawn on certain occasion.

Edygrin: I heard the story but when i realised it was sahara reporters that publised it i just laughed, the journalists over there are baised, useless and unprofessional. Those guys have never written anything good about Nigeria, the just enjoy causing tribal and religious wars so i dont take them serious.
Couldn't have said it better, the moment I saw the headlines and traced the source to SR, I knew it was all a fluke and a deliberate attempt to heat up the polity and over sensationalize an already sensationalize story all in a bid to make front page Headlines. I will implore SR to get their facts right before going to print on sensitive issues of the polity as this...imagine SR describing one of their source as 'one Dr. Paul' who does that ? that's very unprofessional of them. And for the record, the story itself sounds illogical and unreasonable, as anything can happen in an head-on collusion in motor vehicle accident. whatever pierced his heart during such incident does not necessarily have to be a gun bullet, it could have been any object.-glass for instance. My take would be... let's not heatup the already boiling ASSUU controversy on ground. let the Dead rest peacefully and we find a lasting solution to the ongoing FG-ASSU impasse.

I have just one message for the OP...ever heard fo the phrase ' Pursue success and excellence will follow you'?
My take bro....women or 'pretty & hot women' as you put it are just a tip of the excellence that comes with being successful. There is more to life and being successful than having 'hot and pretty women' flocking round u. It will be rather myopic and shallow to classify such as success Mr. OP.

Funny how u criticise d OP for coming up with a subjective view and yet yours aint different anyway
