Politics / Re: Supreme Court Erred In Law By Ordering Stay Of CCT Proceedings - Falana (SAN) by lonelyvoiz: 5:58am On Nov 16, 2015
One thing Fanana failed to tell his readers is the question and objection by Saraki's counsels that the trial is not a criminal case hence the supreme court has a date with the case to decide if its criminal case as being argued.

Without resolving the nature of the case as argued by Saraki's lawyers, it will be wrong to apply the AJCA as amended.

Fanala should stop bullying the Supreme Court with his judicial activism using his warp interpretation before the court of public opinion.

Those places are in Owerri.

Is like Abagworo and his co-travellers are becoming ridiculous by questioning the obvious truth.

where did he mention asaba?

The imo rally was a flop. Admit it grin

Stop disgracing yourself and accept that super majority supports Biafra in Imo State.

You don't even know Owerri, you just wished it's a flop but on the contrary it was tremendous.

Politics / Re: Poster Used In Soliciting Support For Senate Bukola Saraki Goes Viral [PHOTO] by lonelyvoiz: 7:13pm On Sep 28, 2015
I support Saraki

What is happening now is corruption fighting back against Saraki and this is what happens whenever power sector probe by the NASS is initiated.

Under declaration of assets is not much a crime compared to over declaration with intent to loot afterward and secondly under declaration of assets can be an oversight.

My verdict: CCB should have contacted Saraki according to the law to enquire if it was an oversight before charging him to court.

Eziachi:
Thought Provoking Questions for APC/PDP Senators & The Nigeria Populace.
If a bank top employee was charged with 13 counts of criminal related crimes, if found guilty can serve a time in prison.
1. Would you ask him/her to step down until such a time he is found not guilty? (Presumed innocent)

2. Would you ask him to carry on until he is found guilty.

3- If you are a customer, would you have confidence with such a bank to look after your wealth, if they kept on such a person suspected of criminal offenses?

4. If you are an employee of the bank would you honestly be loyal to such a person's leadership knowing what is hanging on his/her head?

5. If you are a competing bank, would you see the person not resigning as a manna from the heavens as to publicity for your bank being not tainted compared with this other one with a suspected employee or other wise?

6.If he/she is eventually found not guilty on based on evidence or purely on technicalities, if you are the CEO/Board of the bank, would you kept him/her on or relieve him/her of duties fearing a damaged reputation in mind?

Trash

There is difference between fighting corruption and political thuggery which is absolutely playing out in this instance hence your narratives are inconsequential.

There are many reasons why certain wars need political solution irrespective of lives lost. So using a corporate example for politics is childishness to say the least.
