He could have a problem of unmatched records or physical verification. So certify that the fault is not his, he is advised to check his bvn details at the bank to see if there's any discrepancy with his Npower profile details. Or he should press for reverification, may be they skipped ticking one of his certificates in the available column. But he needs the focal person to do this for him now.

My Lenovo P1...got stolen on the 15th February, which had password/pinlock on, but checking my Android Manager via my Google account the phone was last "sync" online on the 21st of February at about 12pm, how is that possible? - and could the phone be unlock without 'flashing'?

Kindly advise if the is a way to recover it.
