I really do not think these question are that helpful or that asking a person would necessarily yield the truth. When you say "know someone" we should ask for what purpose? .In this case you seem focussed on man /woman relationship but you may wish to "know someone" for 101 purposes e.g employment etc.

Getting answers to the right questions is key but you will need to get those answers from many sources.

1.Biography and family
Family structure/background,economic status. Where did they spend childhood ,school etc. Relationship wit father, relationship with mother. Relationship with siblings.

2. Intelligence and thinking pattern. Everyone has their own way of measuring this.

3. Outlook on religion and morals. Is the person religious. ? weak moderate strong fanatic?
Are they tolerant of others. Do they believe morals come from religion. Beliefs in heaven/hell and other superstitions. Does the person like himself/herself(self esteem) .do they learn from mistakes

4. Habits. eg gambling,smoking,alcohol,porn ,bleaching

5. Health status. allergies, any regular treatment,previous surgery,personal hygiene,sleep pattern and habits

6. Family secrets,personal secrets,bereavements

7. Candour and probity. How honest and truthful in general and specific domains e.g money ,relationships, religion

8. Attitude to work; energetic,lazy punctual diligent

9. Interpersonal relationships. Friendly hostile ,loyal, cowardly/brave needy,clingy,manipulative, longerthroat etc
10. Money : saver or wasteful.? Focused or waiting for a miracle from "sowing seeds",
