lonzo what method of payment did you use? was it your mastercard you paid with OR it was through bank transfer? cos i was charged above 220 last year december when i paid 100CAD for my admission processing with my mastercard...Now im suppose to pay 500CAD acceptance fee,,please what method of payment is this, where ur charged N147 to 1CAD? kindly respond..tnx

The truth of the matter is that Mr Ubah knows the rudimentary code of demand, supply, artificial scarcity and Hoarding.
They use this theory a lot in the fuel retail business, so He knows what is happening.
Mr Buhari is just to clueless and to understand this simple economics since he failed his Waec what do you expect.
The previous policy of rejecting Dollar deposits also helped to worsen the situation.

BTW Mr Ubah is just an experienced retailer, so Baba should take his consultations with a pinch of salt so that they would not completely ruin Nigeria's economy on the anambra trial by error economics. I don't also trust this man

Hello House, Sorry for derailing but I need urgent advice

My mother just informed of one of her tenants who has refused to pay his last year rent. When he moved in 2014 he didn't complete his rent, he owed 30k and the rent of 2015 he hasn't paid which made his total rent owed to be 280k as at now. The Major issue now is the 2015 rent is due March and by April he is suppose to pay for 2016. And she explained to me that this man has made no attempt to pay. She has spoken with him and sent letters or reminder. Mind you my Mother said she was considering the man's plight as a family man . Please should she serve the Quit notice to this tenant. And the 6months Notice I want to ask is it free or the tenant pays for the 6months used. Please advice as she wants me to come and intervene. I really don't know much on Property/Tenancy issues.

The last time i joined issues with olaoreawofele because of Monan i regretted doing it because some people come to Nairaland to instigate fights to make people look stupid. ontario college is a body just like jamb where students apply through. There is option to apply through the college directly or through Ontario colleges. I guess that was he mistake I made. I should have applied directly. I will wait to hear from them this coming week and if nothing comes out of i will have to apply directly to the school. Olabisi onabanjo university non teaching staffs are just useless. They are the cause of this rubbish.

Guys, I have already gotten admission in Humber college for PGC in global business mgt, with co-op options and a letter for coop work. however im also processing another admission at Laurentian University for an MBA. Im thinking an MBA may carry more weight for Visa applications. Wil it make a difference between MBA and PGC, also one is a full university and the other a college. Do advise.

Pls i wil advise that you should answer the study questionnaire properly as its the first tin the VO wil check, try to summaries wat you are goin for and how its wil help u wen you cum back to Nigeria
