Joel Cauchi is not African and he's not a Muslim. If he were, they would have plastered their headlines with "Muslim man this" and "African migrant that" but he's white, so they say he has mental illness.

But now that he is a White Christian man, they are saying there's no "ideological motive" because presumably, he needs to be a Muslim or African to have an ideological motive.
