Romance › Re: How to break up without causing too much damage. by loomer: 9:00pm On Oct 12, 2016
lanicky:
When you start a new relationship, you can't do without your bf or GF. You can't stop thinking about the other person, and it feels amazing to know that he or she feels the same way.

Then something goes wrong

There are different reasons why people break up. Wants and needs change. You might get to know that your dream, passion, interest and feelings differs from that of the other person.

NOTE: Change is constant... Nothing remains forever.

Perhaps, you guys don't agree on same topics.. Your idea may be different from hishis. You might realise you don't love him/her enough...
You might have developed feelings for someone else, or feel you're not ready for a serious relationship. So, you're considering break up.

Be careful how you break up with your bf/GF... Because break up hurts (those of us who have been through one knows how painful it can be) wink

Before you break up, here are some things you must do. Things you should put into consideration. The steps you should follow

1) Think about why you want to break up
Confusion is not allowed. Think things through first. Be sure of what you want and why you want it.
Although, your bf/GF might be hurt by your decision, it's okay to do what's best for you.

2)Confide in someone you trust

I remember doing these not quite long and it helped.
You might not be the one breaking up though.. But try to talk through your feelings, seek advice from an experienced and mature person.

3) Think about what you'll say and how the other person might react

Be careful with your lines.. Don't rush words or be in a haste to talk things through.

Note: he/she might be sad, surprised, hurt or relieved. Be ready to deal with any kind of reaction.

4) Do not be brutal or display some I don't care attitude

Be honest.. Tell the other person why you need to move on with your life. Tell him/her some nice things. Like what attracted you at first. Avoid harsh words.

5) Do not break up over the phone...
You've seen much of each other.. So why should you act like a stranger all of a sudden.
Although, braking up through calls and text may seen easy, but think about how you'd feel if you were in the other person's shoe.

6) Don't bad moth the other person....
Speak about him/her with respect. Your ex could turn into a friend or you might even rekindle a romance someday.

7) find a good time and place to talk..
Break ups are more than just planning what to say. Yiu also want to consider how you will say it. Listen to what the other person wants to say.

And lastly.....

cool Do not avoid the other person afterwards..

Being Black overseas is a real Biitch..

If you are broke, WAHALA... If you are rich, they are shocked. grin

Being the only black Family on a long street in a high brow neighborhood of Paris was quite funny. Na so Police patrol for the area increase, only one neighbor dey greet us (and they were an Indian family that worked in the same office with my Dad and had even worked together in Nigeria before).

One day, our old neighbors Cat jumped into our compound and when we caught it and tried to return it, this woman did not come out (though we could see her peeking from her window).

And the usual when we dey stroll for street, them go cross go the other side jejely.. grin

Online, for my Liverpool FC official Facebook page, there is a running joke of "AFRICAN EXPERT" whenever an African makes a post. grin They use it to mock Africans. They say things like 'Do you people have Cable TV in Africa?'

Racism is real o!! Especially in Europe and Asia. America and Canada own no bad like that again.

The only way to overcome it is to get filthy rich because na that one dey pain dem pass to see a wealthy Black Person wey dem no fit yeye.
Yes racism is everywhere and e no fit stop, but if u no send whity den ur life go go well.

This is why it's good to be educated or at least understand the workings of criminal justice. The FBI can conduct a single investigation for years in order to rope everyone in . This is the way investigation is conducted. If you arrest one individual,it will compromise the investigation of others. Some of you guys need to travel away from your mud huts ,ethnic hatred has made you comatose.

HungerBAD:
Very interesting.

The DSS will not move against these Judge's,if there are no proof of them collecting bribes.

These are Judges, and not ordinary Nigerians. So for the Security men to publicly move against them this way, would show they have gathered tangible evidences.

The Judiciary is the most protected Arm of any Government, and I hope to God the DSS are sure of what they are doing.

If these Judges have been compromised, then the National Judicial Council should not only Debar them, but they should be jailed for a long time for bringing the legal system to a disrepute.

I stand with the fight against corrupt Judges.
Until the day DSS go move against u na that time you go know say dem no need evidence to invade your house.
