Since i gained admission into the university(2yrs ago) I've been a porn addict.

I have always tried to stop this but to no avail.

Applicants of one year course are given one year visa plus 4month=16 months visa, so is either her hubby has 3months left or he has already overstayed too.

Getting her kids into the UK will not be easy considering her current immigration status.

She hasn't done herself or her kids any good. Getting her kids over to the UK as an overstayer will be a tough task.

Is her hubby still a student?

yes..the hubby is on student visa. although by now i believe he must have completed his program since it was only but a one year course he applied for.

Apparently, the children were refused because, the visa officer wanted to ensure that your sister has responsibility to return to Nigeria for...
Now, you sister traveled to the UK on a 6 months tourist visa and she has now over-stayed for over a year, and she wants to bring in her children?
Well, i think she made a big mistake, she should have stay by her visa conditions and then return to Nigeria before it expires, and if she intended to stay with her husband, she should have applied for the appropriate visa.
In her situation, she is subject to removal from the UK and would be banned from re-entering for a lengthy time: and for reason of the violation, their rights to family reunion have been affected.

you said it the way it is. and i think there's no hope for her, other than to come back home.

She has made a very very bad mistake.
She has gained entry to the UK. and then overstayed her visa.
She has also abandoned her children to do this.
It is no good claiming "family ties" when she has shown that she is ready to leave her children behind.
She will be deported and banned when she is found.

The best thing now is for her to report to U.K.B.A. and to declair her overstay.
She should pay her own fare home and will then probably only get a 1 year ban.
Even then her record in future will be bad, making travel to UK. and USA much harder.
These were her decisions and now the concequences are hers to bear.

@Juswise.. my sister is in the UK with her hubby. her hubby entered the UK with a student visa, and the wife joined him with a 6months visiting visa. but the problem is that her two children a boy and a girl was refused Visa to go with their mother. now my sister wants the two children to join she and hubby in the UK how will she go about it?

Note: my sister has been there for over a year now, while her children are with their grand parents.
