A young man was crushed to death by a truck belonging to Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Nsukka, Enugu State on Monday, November 21.


An eyewitness who pleaded anonymity said that the deceased was riding on a motorcycle when he was crushed.

Irate youths who were enraged by the tragic incident immediately set the truck fully loaded with Coca-Cola products ablaze.

The youths equally pelted stones at fire service men, who arrived to prevent further spread of fire.


The mangled body of the deceased has been deposited in an undisclosed morgue within Nsukka metropolis while the truck driver narrowly escaped being lynched by the youths.


A combined team of Mobile police and Nigerian soldiers were dispatched to the scene to restore order and forestall further break down of law.

Sergeant Felix Igbasan was killed during a fierce gun battle with deadly armed robbers in Abuja on Sunday November 13.

Sergeant Felix Igbasan died at about 4:00am after sustained multiple wounds during the gun battle.

Late Sgt Felix is described as one of the bravest and most Reliable Personnel of the IGP Intelligence Response Team (IRT).

The police arrested 8 of the armed robbers and recovered 4 AK47 Rifles.

Indigenous artiste, Jaywon popular for his hit track, “This year” is now the latest Nigerian Entertainer to welcome a child.

Jaywon broke the news to his fans via IG where he shared a picture of his new joy with a caption,
