I personally do not think there is anything special about his tweets. Handlers of social media pages of organisations like banks have been doing similar things. However, his just got attention because it is on the most unexpected platform like the EFCC Twitter page. I got this new apartment in April, through a caretaker/agent, we did all necessary discussion though no any written agreement. I paid him both the rend and commission and he gave me my receipt, I move into the apartment in June. I got home last night and got information that my landlady said he has sold the house out that they need to start working on the house before August rain. So we should start preparing on how to move out.

After my findings from the person that passed the information to me I discover that she is having money issues with the caretaker because my neighbour told me that she claim not to know that they are new tenants in the house, she heard it from people that they are new tenants in the apartment which she is not aware of so i just concluded that for her not to be aware the money has not be giving to her by her caretaker.

Now, the information reaching me is that the caretaker claim he want to balance the people that pack out of the house. He said their rent did not expire before they move out.

I told my neighbour that she sent to us(me and the other guy), if she is having issues with her caretaker they should resolve it within themselves for me I no dey pack

strongly suggest u meet other tenants and focus on the recovery of the rent u paid the caretaker, threaten him wit police action and arrest.
am not sure u will stand the stress and rigorous activities involved in premises recovery if u dnt hv the financial means to hire a lawyer.
and there was no agreement bw u tenants and the landlady and no way to prove the caretaker had the authority of the landlady through a power of attorney when the house was leased, u see the difficulty?
if there was an agreement and u can prove the caretaker was still in her employ then the court will protect u if not channel ur energy on recovering the rent u paid

1 locate the previous owners and tell them u want to do another agreement but in ur bros name and it will cost a lil money depending on the area.

2 u can as well go wit the potential buyers to meet the previous owners so he confirms from the family. Note even if u hv all the required documents you will still meet the previous owners.standard practice.

3 once u hv confirmed the beacons are still intact u can register the survey plan at lands, it will gv the buyers confidence ,am sure the land is at d outskirts of enugu, so dnt worry bout c of o its strictly adhered to when its an urban area.

4 if u can get a good forge artist to forge ur dads signature then u can do d transfer in ur bros name, u can meet all these fine artists .they are gud.

5 u can meet a lawyer to help u process for letters of administration which might take time and money.

sale of land gets difficult if its in an urban area without relevant documents but outskirts and rural all u need worry bout is settling the previous owners cos its standard practice and hoping there is no encroachment.
