downdraft: Hello all, I just wanted make a few points about the Dana Air Crash in June. There should have been some data released by now, its been over 5 months. I would contact the officials as soon as possible to request information about the crash. I dont think there is a good reason to withhold information at this point. They know what went wrong but do not want to disclose it because of possible legal action, so thet seem to just keep silent.

it is a pity that updates have only been swallowed up by the corruption on the shores and land of our country.
will the families of these victims know respite?
it is well. Nigeria will come out of this foolery. this is not medieval times, we know everything. like you said, it's no use withholding information at this point. Goes far to show you the government cares less about the masses.

am in a one-week workshop in the youth development center in a local govt close to ur camp, will be there for the whole week rendering medical services to the participants in the course of the workshop.
i hope some sensible dough enters my pocket by the end of this program o! no dullin' at all!

hmm... i am thanking GOD that there are some opportunities and openings that come around from time to time...
i'm currently in a one-week workshop on youth empowerment in agriculture, where i was invited by the state coordinator along with a colleague of mine to render medical services throughout the period of the workshop. some small pocket money attached..
i will also be giving a lecture on crime as related to drug abuse. incidentally my cds group is even drugfree club, under the national drug law enforcement agency NDLEA. so, it's just as well for me sef! plus the lecture honorarium na... no dulling!
i think i have some positive thing to say about NYSC... i am getting relevant experience as well as possible connections for future endeavors...

i'm coming around today after cds, but for some other things sha.
u r even talking about 13platoons... in my batch we had a full-fledged 20 PLATOONS!!! no jokes o! we were almost 3000 Katsina-posted batch B corpers!

i have meet lovely people in this forum, and i will ever cherish meeting them. sigba, kinnad, ujchief, naijaobi...
katsina is a slow town, not much happening around. their people are not very enlightened.
i serve in Dutsin Ma local government, a place well known and surrounded by age-old rocks (dutse is hausa for rocks, hence the name of the LGA.)
there are only two govt hospitals here, and the workload is much on us. people here are sick with mostly malaria. and they tend to take local herbal medicines and go to roadside chemist for injections.
it's not fun, but it is interesting for me to take my time daily to observe the way of life of these people.
i feel for them, and i will do my best to serve my country here and impact on their lives the ways that God will so help me do...

i got to camp around 4:30pm from abuja today. first i met with a confusion of faces-- i mean, people were everywhere for crying out loud!!! dunno when last i saw this kinda crowd abegi!
then everyone is either a know-it-all or a clueless GEJ! the know-it-alls will give you all information, including the fake info, so that you go round and round in circles, thinking you are outsmarting others, while unconsciously making a total gbeff of yourself
then the clueless GEJs just help themselves and their reps by saying things like 'i don't know my dear' or 'just ask around THEY should show you how to do what' or they just point their fingers in some yonder direction in the name of showing you a place you asked for

after scrolling rhru, i am finally updated with the events of two days, which i missed.

thanks to everyone, who wished me well and prayed for me and all of us in kaduna. there is now movement in kaduna froo 7am to 4pm everyday, so i have left kaduna and i am now in enugu... entered 042 yesterday evening, and i thank God for journey mercies!
