And it came to pass the same night, that the LORD said unto him, Take thy father's young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, and cut down the grove that is by it: And build an altar unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this rock, in the ordered place, and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down. Then Gideon took ten men of his servants, and did as the LORD had said unto him: and so it was, because he feared his father's household, and the men of the city, that he could not do it by day, that he did it by night. And when the men of the city arose early in the morning, behold, the altar of Baal was cast down, and the grove was cut down that was by it, and the second bullock was offered upon the altar that was built. (Judges 6:22-28)

From the story above we see the encounter Gideon had with God through angelic visitation. The people had gone into slavery and were under the tyranny of the enemies. God couldn’t help them because they had erected an altar for the worship of idols-baal and astarte.

The altar must need be demolished and destroyed before God could demonstrate His power according to His commandment in Exodus 22.God needed Gideon to do the job. He had to destroy the altar and replace it with another altar. There is no vacuum in life.
Take note that Gideon built his personal altar unto the Lord but God still told him to build another altar again unto Him in the place of the evil altar of baal. This means you can build a personal altar of your choice unto God but God demands His own self instructed personal altar.

Take note he had to offer a specified sacrifice on the new altar to be erected. He also had to shed blood of the sacrificial animal. There are four powerful revelations here.
1.It takes an altar to destroy an altar. A superior altar must replace an inferior altar.It takes a God’s divine altar to destroy satanic altars.
2.It takes a sacrifice to destroy the influence of an altar. This means it takes the influence of a greater holy sacrifice to destroy the influence of an unholy one.
3.It takes the shedding of sacrificial blood to destroy the evil blood covenant that had been made with the demons behind evil altars. Only a superior blood covenant can destroy and replace a satanic inferior blood covenant. Thank God for the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS. Hebrews 9
4. God was involved in the leading and given of instruction. Destroying evil altars is no child’s play. One must be strong and led by the Holy Spirit. Mind you the angel addressed Gideon initially as A MIGHTY MAN OF VALOUR-Judges 6:12. You can be spiritually strong but if you don’t have divine leading on how to go about destroying ancestral altars especially physically, you might get what you did not bargain for.

Many years ago, some zealous Christians went to cut down their village tree that was the shrine of the god of the land. They did it out of zeal without knowledge. Unfortunately they all died few days after. Only God can explain the full details of what went wrong. I shall talk more on those four points later on in these series.

Miscarriage is not the will of God but of the devil. Miscarriage is when a woman loses her pregnancy before nine months. In most cases it happens in the third and fourth month mostly base on the cases I have handled.
Although there are few physical factors that can cause it like a man beating the wife, too much stress, falling heavily and hitting the stomach on the floor or ground etc. As far as I am concerned I still attribute them to demonic manipulation.
What are the causes of miscarriages and what are the signs to know when one is about to occur?
In most cases miscarriages are caused majorly by witchcraft and marine forces. It can also be caused by curses, evil covenants and acts of sin. Let me start with my own personal experience before the naïve ones will begin to sin against God.
I married in the year 1999 December 4th precisely. After two months in marriage, my observed any time she takes in and dreams of seeing a red cloth or red palm oil, she will see her period the next day or less than three days. This continued for months .I also became a partaker of that dream as well. When I see red palm oil also, she will lose the pregnancy.

Communication is the lifeline for any successful relationship be it spiritual or physical. In marriage communication is the lifeline of marital harmony. It's the fuel that ignites the passion of love and care in the marriage institution. A lot has been said about communication in marriage by great marital counselors yet the chaos witness daily in marital crises and breakdown is greatly alarming.

Communication in marriage is not limited to vocal expression alone, although that is highly important. I am looking at the untold dimension of marital communication which is really the cause of marital breakdown. Mind communication is the greatest secret to marital success.

While one may express feelings in words, actions it may not really be the true reflection of what is going on within the partner. As a result of this, tension builds up within which alters the direction and energy of thoughts. Marriage is sustained by thoughts and imaginations not really by outward actions. When couples' thoughts are harmonious, that is the mindset as per the marriage is filled with positive projections, it is difficult for such marriage to collapse.

One can therefore say the true pillar of marital success is mind-communication. Thoughts are energies that can be used positively or negatively. A certain trend of thoughts brought the marriage into existence, it will require equal or greater thoughts to sustain the marriage and enjoy marital bliss. When he begins to respond to your communication unconsciously that will then reinforce your beliefs about the negative conviction you are having. This can also be from the man to the woman. Since your mind communication has become negative, it will affect the way you now view things in your marriage. You begin to get what you expect not what you truly want or desire. In reality, your partner automatically meets your expectation.

The more negative your mind becomes, the more negative your marriage becomes also. The issue is not with your partner but with you. It means you need to take a sober look of your mindset towards your marriage and change it. Chaotic marriage can work if couples will humble themselves and be sincere about their true inner feelings to one another. Express the negative feelings you are having to your partner, no matter how hurting it may be. In most cases your mindset has been controlled by assumptions not reality.

When all have been said, couples should forgive each other and ask for the grace of God for courage to keep the mind thinking and communicating the right thing. The mind should be centered on reading The Bible, good books and tapes. Above all couples should learn to practice meditation and visualization. See your partner the way you want her to be and with time you will see such manifesting in your partner's life. The untold marital mind communication when handled wisely will produce great marital tranquility.

@Buka,can the head stand without the neck?Who ruined the first marriage?The woman or the man?Let's face reality here.Women are pillars of the home.They are the doors into the home.Just like Eve opened the door for satan to come in,many women are opening their doors for him to come into their homes.You have not answered my questions yet,HOW WAS EVE ABLE TO PERSUADE ADAM TO EAT THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT?WHY DID GOD FORM EVE FROM THE RIB OF ADAM AND WHAT IS THE SPIRITUAL SIGNIFICANCE?Until you answer my questions,no amount of trying to shift the blame on men will be welcome by me.If wives can decode the answers to those questions they can bring harmony and peace into their homes.This does not mean men are faultless.

My beloved people in Christ.Starting with the man is not the issue here.Whether I start from the man or woman does not matter.What matters is to learn and grow and make changes or adjustment.Women indirectly rule the world.Whatever a man is doing their is always a woman at the back of his mind.As per the questions,do well to read my post carefully.The questions are there.

Those who are clamouring for me to talk on MEN AND MARRIAGE point noted.However am not bashing women rather encouraging them to play their roles well if you read my post well.Beside,you people did not try to answer my questions.Am strictly talking about the Christian home and I assume both couples are born again and fear God.I believe you read the part of the articles that says,"IF A WOMAN FULFILLS ALL RIGHTEOUSNESS AND THE MAN REFUSES TO CHANGE,GOD KNOWS HOW TO BREAK SUCH".As per writing on MEN AND MARRIAGE,I will do that.Let's still deal with this issue.If women can answer my questions their perceptions about marriage will change.

The many chaos in marriages today can be solved by women.Wives should learn to follow Biblical principles not self principles.I have always believed any woman that knows how to submit to a man and boost his ego will have less problem.
I heard a woman of God years back who told all wives that they should learn to appeal to their husbands as a mini-god instead of challenging their authority. When a daughter of God fulfills all righteousness and the man refuses to change,if he is a believer in Christ,God knows how to break such.
Many Christian wives will always complain about their husbands attitudes. Your complains do not solve anything.Men are not emotional by nature but women are. When you take to nagging and quarrelling with him or depriving him of that thing,a man who loves you may respond back to you less or same with the quarrels.But when you see a man who just keeps quiet and pretend as if you are not there or just walks out of the house you had better be careful.In most cases this is no sign of holiness.
I know this might sound fallacious.While some men can be impossible,women have a lot to do in creating harmony and peace at home. There are many things in marriage that prayers can't solve. I have seen so many wives attending various prayer meetings to bring back peace to their homes,while it worked for some,majority are not seeing result.Why? THEIR IS NO DELIVERANCE OR PRAYERS FOR CHARACTERS. That is something you just have to work upon. Women should use the energy they use in complaining,nagging and fighting to seek for divine wisdom.
Your marriage is not broken by any external force but by internal force-YOU AND YOUR MAN.Any woman that understands her place in the life of a man will have less problem.Many will argue that men are the problems of marriages.While I may not argue with such line of thought,I will like to ask this question which I often ask women in churches or those who come for counselling.CAN ANY WOMAN EVEN ON THIS FORUM TELL ME HOW EVE WAS ABLE TO MAKE ADAM EAT THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT EVEN THOUGH ADAM KNEW IT WAS THE FRUIT?I will love to hear answers please.If you can figure it out,you will know the power you women have to influence your husbands.But,many of you choose to use the power negatively to the detriment of the home.
The truth is many of you don't know how to make your man feel on top of the world.Am not talking about intimacy now.Intimacy is not love.If you think because your man have it with you regularly you had better think twice.I have seen men who are very intimate with their wives and at the same time with many women outside.
You just have to learn to be everything your man wants you to be as long as it does not violate the Word of God.The so-called little things he complains about and you just overlook it,or the attitudes he detest and you keep doing it.
Many women choose to rub shoulders with their men.Men are proud by nature and very egocentric,myself not excluded.Treat them like GENERAL IN THE ARMY.They want to feel and know they are in charge of their homes and not the other way round.That does not make you a slave as I have heard some women complain.
They make mistakes though which is as a result of the way women approach issues with them.Women have intuition and can have better judgement atimes.But when you try to force it on a man,it may not go down lightly.Some may know you are saying the right thing but because of your manner of approach and their own ego,they will still do what they want to do and the whole family will face the consequence.
The best way to tame a man is not by fighting him,reporting him to some or all,making him feel bad or comparing him with other men in order to abuse or challenge him.The best way to do it is to become a virtuous woman and someone who talks softly but persuasively with wisdom.
Men who tend to be promiscuous,though I don't expect such to be in a Christian home but these days we are seeing such even among ministers of the Gospel.While such act is abomination,women will do well to find out what went wrong.It's easy to claim that charm was used on your men but the truth is that in most cases charm is not involved but you are responsible. That is hard one I know.While such men will face their judgement but the pain and sorrows you go through could have been avoided if you played your roles very well.No faithful man suddenly wake up and become promiscuous.It's a process activated by the negative trend at home.
Lastly,CAN ANY WOMAN TELL ME WHY GOD CHOSE TO MAKE EVE FROM THE RIB OF ADAM AND NOT FROM ANY OTHER PART OF THE BODY OR FLESH AND ALSO THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THAT PART THAT WAS USED BY GOD?

So many books have been written about how to achieve and maintain happiness and joy in marriage.Unfortunately,the more books written and seminars held,the more marital breakdown we withness.The solemn truth about joyful marriage is this.WHAT YOU DID AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR MARRIAGE WHEN IT WAS HEAVEN ON EARTH IS STILL WHAT YOU WILL KEEP ON DOING TO KEEP IT SO.Unfortunately,after some months or years in marriage,things tend to fall apart because their is an upset in the equilibrum equation that gave constant joy.Couples become to familiar thereby loosing respect and love for each other.Pride is a dominant factor in chasing away joy in the home.The woman becomes uncontrollable,while the man becomes insensitive.Couples need to humble themselves and come to terms as per where they missed it.It will take total humility to go back to basis.The simple things you did without stress at the beginning of the union should be revived.Nothing external breaks a marriage but the internal change in values or perceptions.When you choose to see what you normally ignore and build castles of quarrels,dislikes,complains,hatred etc, you are bound to loose the joy.Marriage is enjoyable if couples will make every effort possible to rewind their lives back and start the tape all over again.

I beg to differ a little bit.Parents are to train their kids to be morally strong and upright.Kids must prove themselves worthy to inherit their parent's wealth.The Bible says,"A GOOD FATHER LEAVETH AN INHERITANCE FOR HIS CHILDREN CHILDREN".That is what I intend to do.These rich people have problems in raising godly kids.MONEY DOES NOT CORRUPT A MAN IT ONLY REVEALS WHO HE IS.Have you not seen some seemingly humble good people suddenly become something else when they hit wealth vice versa.You think it's the money.Noop!It's been in them.Money only gave those hidden evils self expression.I must raise kids who can stand the test of time.We Africans believe in continuity.That I intend to do.God help me.
