PoliticsRe: BIAFRA: Buhari Panics, Moves To Block Kanu's Release @ ECOWAS Court by LoveDecay(m): 7:13pm On Mar 04, 2016
Why should Buhari panic over ECOWAS court, not even the AU can cause a panic in the Nigerian government.

Ask yourself this question

1. You leads in West-Africa
2. Where is the ECOWAS court domiciled
3. Who funds the ECOWAS court
4. Who are the major players in the ECOWAS court - what nations are the from.
5. Do these nations benefit from Nigeria or Nigeria's allies in any way.
6. Is Kanu's release in the benefit of ECOWAS or the benefit of the terrorist group IPOB.

You guys are joking, Kanu has nowhere to run. This is politics not selling goods in Aba market. cool

I think I have figure out - I confidently believe I have gotten that eureka moment regarding the East's Biafran fracas.

The east simply like a woman is looking for attention.

You statements like - they don't like us but are begging us to stay.
OR

You statements like this - ibos have advantage over Nigerians

OR

the latest - the 1966 coup was not motivated by tribalism - other parts of the country where involved undecided

The east really just wants a hug. And is not emotionally evolved to ask for one. I remember making a post reminding the easterners - they are Nigerians and are such have the divine and legal right to demand a fair treatment if they believe they have been treated unfairly (credible evidence must be available)

If they can simply do this , other Nigerians will speak on their behalf and certainly these perceived unfair treatments will be alleviated.

But no, they want to fight. It's like racism in America - majority despise it but there is still a group that still feels the need to be racist because its all they know. It's how they respond to their environment and it helps them maintain balance and provide the fuel they need to go about their day to day business. It's a pity, but that group of people are pretty close to their graves.

The east has this same issue - its sickening here because this same physiological flaw in connecting with people different than you are is been transferred from mother and father to child.

PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu: Courtroom Conversation Between DSS Man And Onyema Uche, Must Read. by LoveDecay(m): 7:17pm On Feb 25, 2016
I am still confused about this.

Why cant IPOB get it into their thick skulls and THINK . Let me spell it out.

1. The east has never been good at politics and might never be. The whole balderdash about an Igwe and his council as an example of a democratic system is wrong - other traditional groups in this country have similar if not identical setups.

2. The east has never been able to learn to evergreen proverb "stoop to conquer" - y'all associate dysfunction and defiance with brilliance and intelligence, unfortunately even the most powerful country in this world concedes victories to its competitors every now and then

3. The east sent this country into military rule which is correlated with our stunted growth. You fired the first shot.

4. The east lost the Biafra struggle; millions died. Easterners say Nigerian starved and killed them. Yet, they decided to secede and where not in any manner pursued out of this country. You walked to your death. see [ 1 ]

Now back to the issue of Biafra and Nnamdi Kanu and co's claims.

1. IPOB has not released any document detailing the reasons why they want to secede.

2. They have no creed, mission statement or defined ideology. Are they liberal, marxist, realist, anarchist - I only hear easterners say they are
republicans. This is confusing are they referring to "the republic" as to plato or "republicans" who are members of the republican party in USA.
The abscence of this makes IPOB less genuine, and more of a haphazard radical and segregationist group on its way to active terrorism.

3. Nnamdi Kanu has a 10% chance of getting free. If he does, it will only be the Nigerian government sending back to the UK to serve jail time. It is easier for the IPOB olodos to accept jail time for Nnamdi from their white lords than it is to accept it from black men AFRICA.

Truly, I feel for your loss!

However, such situations are inevitable when one decides to wage war against a sovereign nation and a colossus in the African sphere of influence.

You group want to turn this country to Somalia, Central African Republic or Congo. Why this hatred ? Why this innate desire to destroy, when you can gain more by expending your energies in struggling to build.

We love our country, our women, our music, our nightlife, our food, our hot and humid temperatures, our silly jokes and all that make us Nigerians.

We do not want destruction, we want to grow and enjoy this benefits and privileges as well.

The privilege to call Nigeria my home country. And, for my children and grandchildren to have a home country not torn by war and destruction, not destroyed by greed but cemented, balanced and driven by our differences and the understanding that our difference make us the greatest nation in Africa and the most successful as well.

We must look to the future. Drop this IPOB nonsense and claim your rights and privileges as Nigerians, as granted by the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria. We will listen to you and fight with you - if you say to us and the world. WE Are Nigerians, and as Nigerians, we demand, respect, favor, benefit, privileges, love, and loyalty.

Stop the violence, hate and animosity. WE ARE TRULY ONE before man and GOD> smiley
BusinessRe: Naira Falls To Record 335 To Dollar, Dangote Predicts 500 Naira!! by LoveDecay(m): 6:05am On Feb 13, 2016
It's too early to say, what can or cannot happen.

Every economy that has a major source of income related to the oil industry is feeling the heat.

We all must no loose faith in the current government, the declining naira has nothing to do with a flawed fiscal policy.

Officially, 1 dollar is equal to 198 naira. So no qualms. You only have problems if your buying or selling dollars on the parallel market.

You need to ask yourselves - those of you in Nigeria. Has the prices of garri or rice risen so high.

Given, the risen in petrol prices in Nigeria will affect the price of food but this rise is corroleted but not entirely caused by the international market.

All forex prices have remained the same. And, investments from the west or east will continue to trickle in.

You know why ? Because, the naira is stable where it matters and not where it does not and because corruption is been exposed on a massive scale - credibility is a currency we are now growing in value for.

Businessmen do not go to the parallel market to buy USD, they exchange on legal and formal systems.

Granted, greedy, unethical and opportunistic businessmen will want the naira devalued. This would mean a cheaper investment in an economy that is properous, growing and has a lot of potential. Cheaper naira means cheaper business startups.

But, cheaper naira also means cheap labor - and cheaper labor means ; more hunger you cant but food with your salaries. When a dollar exchanges for 300 naira and petrol prices contribute to the cost of food and electricity as it is happening, can you imagine how much a bottle of that cheap beer you drink on weekends cost OR ur nkwobi or fresh fish. (Remember it is correlated but not caused)

Naira must not shake. The oil prices will rise, it is inevitable - Oil production is owned and controlled by a cartel, we suffer and enjoy from all decisions. Oil demand is falling, yes but oil still remains the product every country needs to have in quantum not only to power cars but to influence decision of oil producing countries .

My brothers, just cool down.

I am just imagining if you will be the next abobaku to your fking ooni... Lol what does a common Yoruba man like you add to the Yoruba society.. Ritualist is your leaders home calling...

In the political space, Yoruba's are bootlickers and are only used by their Fulani masters when the time calls... In the history of Yoruba political adventure they have been paid back with their coin multiple times having dealt with both betrayal, subjection and use and dump strategy...

In conclusion, I pity an average coward Yoruba because their lives aren't theirs as they live for the benefits of their master. I doubt Yoruba's ruling this Nigeria in her lifetime.
Typical Ibo man in politics - you all talk but say a bunch of nothing.

PoliticsRe: Should We Give President Buhari Credit For Gov. Wike Victory? by LoveDecay(m): 12:14am On Jan 31, 2016
Ofcourse Wike's victory is an advantage to Buhari.

First off, Wike will probably decamp to APC in the coming months.
Second, Wike would be better left in that position as he is aggressively working to curtail the IPOB terrorist organization in Rivers States.

No need to bother him or influence that courts rulings even if it could be possible.

Wike wont bother Ameachi and Ameachi wont bother wike. If it must happen it would be in the courts.

WIKE is officially one of US grin

PS: I believe IPOD and Bokoharam have a lot in common. There members are all illiterates.

How many times must I rain it into your head that Edo is not Niger Delta?

Being part of SS geopolitical region doesn't make you part of Niger Delta.

Pls take that message to your fellow beggars and ashewoes in Spain and Italy.

Was there any militancy in Edo during the hieght of the struggle? The answer is a big NO!

Pls attach yourself to kogi because you are not Niger Delta
I hope your not reading from the book of Nnamdi Kanu - the terrorist of Ibo extraction.

[s]Your argument is not logical, hence it does not deserve a logical answer. However, this reply is not for you but for all whom have no respect for the Niger-Delta and feel that because "they say so, it is so"[/s].

First: If you Edo State is not part of the Niger-Delta, then Delta State is not part of the Niger-Delta. Edo and Delta States are actually BENDLITES and in some circles , they still refer to themselves as such. Edo and Delta state where create from Bendel State. Which is Benin-Delta.

Abuja and Lagos are full of Ibo who.res. I think 8 in 10 who.res in Abuja are Ibo , they travel from schools on weekends just to hustle. they make naira but edo sex workers contribute to this nations foreign cash inflow. grin

LoveDecay, your daydreaming is borne out fear of what becomes of you and your people when you're eventually left alone with your masters especially since you lots rarely stand for anything.

You don't need to analyse and dictate for others how to live their lives when you and your people are still being ravaged by diseases, penury and the marauding herdsmen.

Wake up from your slumber the ship has already sailed away and your wishful thoughts can't do anything to stop a tsunami movement...
Unfortunately - the very open secret eastern Nigeria has failed to understand when it comes to politics and world affairs is that it is has nothing to do with what the people want or need but what they must get in order to maintain the security and integrity of the state before anything else.

This is not only about eastern Nigeria or does eastern Nigeria intend to survive with interaction, favor, partnership and co-operation from other nation states. You need to start thinking deeper and drop this whole fantasy of the east resilience or the strength or success of the people from the east. Answer me this , would the east be this properous in the east, west, north and south of the Federal republic of Nigeria - if it were a part of Burundi, South Africa, Kenya or Ghana. Nigeria is greater than what you and your kind make it to be. Mightier and has a greater potential than your master has taught you to believe. We are getting there and we will get there - not as a divided nation but as a single entity.

If you dont like it got to any embassy and file for refugee status grin
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Made A Big Mistake. by LoveDecay(m): 12:19am On Jan 30, 2016
uchennamani:
Yes, agreed. His plan was to quietly enter the 'zoo' and leave after he must have met with some of his guiless and naive unemployed igbo youths. In furtherance of this, he made no use of his two passports and gave wrong names to our officials at the point of departure in London. Had it been that his evil plans worked, he would have said in his pirate radio: ' I was in the zoo last week and their officials didn't even know that'. Igbos are hard working people. It is only the few unemployed ones that couldn't see through the scam known as radio Biafra. Nonsense!
Kanu assumed that the era of war death and destruction for freedom still reigns.

Kanu assumed that the Nigerian government truly is incompetent when in fact it is only inefficient , very inefficient .

Kanu assumed that the world would rally around any man who attached the prefix - freedom fighter to his cause.

Kanu is not well traveled nor is he educated or well connected to fathom the true consequences of waging war against a democratic and sovereign nation who is a well know - though not as respected in important power corridors.

Kanu does not know that Nigeria is in fact without a doubt the giant of Africa and as such this position gives the country access to a lot of opportunities and mechanisms to transcend the blurred lines of international politics.

Nigeria is a member of the common wealth and the most successful of all nations colonized in Africa.
Nigeria has trade agreements with all countries in the UN Security council and has continued to be a state of interest in world as a regional power broker, also an interest as a source of international business, influence and support for other nations as well.

Kanu does not know that Nigeria is a member of the AU and one of the many rules of the AU - is non-cessation or change of boundaries of old.

(Biafra will never be accepted into international politics or international economy as a member) It has to become a member of the ECOWAS which we control, and then the AU which we control as well, see Nigeria and China and China's influence in the AU and Africa.

There is to much to say. Biafra may have been possible decades ago but today , its only going to become a bone in the neck of the international community, another crisis in africa , another country to feed and borrow money , another country to receive refugees from. A country tattered weak, hungry and disease ridden.

Most of all Nigeria will and must support this Biafra just to guarantee its security - so even if Kanu came correct he would never have succeeded ever. He get speeches, accolades even money but never Biafra.

He would have to go through Britain, China, France and the US and at the UN it has to go through the African countries and their allies .

In Britain and the US - the authorities already see him as a budding terrorist - see his famous video on youtube. In China, it would mean alot of eastern Nigerian business men will loose their businesses, Chinese businessmen as well. China - Africa co-operation is deeper than it seems. If China wants Nigeria to not recognize Taiwan it would be logical that China [i]does not recognize{/i] Biafra.

And it will continue like this. We can punish the east to the point where the international community would have to send countless emissaries to solve the issue but by then - we would have already done an irreparable damage and Biafra would be nothing but simply an annex of the Federal republic of Nigeria like Taiwan is to China and Northern Cyprus to Cyprus and like Crimea to Russia and Basque to Spain.
