The process i told you, is the basic(primary) thing you must do to fufu first when processing. Then, where i think people do it differently, is in the secondary process. After collecting your fufu remains that is lodge under the sack, when making it to eat, some people just boil theirs and it turns to the eatable fufu. While some, after boiling, they pound it to turn to the eatable fufu. Or maybe it depends originally on casasava variety they used!
