I have this habit of shouting and scolding students catwalking to school after 8am. That's my little quota to the society.

Nothing new here. I did this and it was way back than 20 years ago. Parents do their best to raise good kids but it won't be like enough if a truant is bent to emerge

Clearly, children aren't being raised with discipline anymore. I finished secondary school over 20 years ago and I know what it was like during our time. Even the gateman was allowed to flog students for being late...

A lot of values have eroded and I notice a lot of kids don't really respect elders anymore. The parents are majorly the ones to blame, and coincidentally, they are the same millennials that were taught with discipline but refused to pass it to their kids.

Why do you want everything about you to be on Google maps. Do you know it's a security threat. Most countries and companies building themselves maps allow the military use them for identifying structures, locations to bomb during war like it is in Ukraine. Guilded missiles use information available from the Google maps and other maps from other countries. Though self driven cars use the maps too. But for a country like Nigeria that has no equipment to jam satellite services nationwide and has no electronic warfare equipment, we should not be praying or actively pushing to have every structure mapped out on Google maps. Because that will give out your exact location and coordinates to foreign or western and Asian millitaries who know how to use them to remotely bomb you

If a piece of land is left undeveloped, covered with forest, and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes and snakes, can tenants in neighboring apartments sue the landowner or arrest him for neglecting the property?

You guys should contribute and get a dual view standalone solar powered CCTV. It should be installed in such a way that a camera view will be covering the concerned area.

That way it will be easy to track the person dumping refuse.

Public nuisance is a civil and not a criminal act and shouldn't be within the purview of police action. You all should come together and bring an action in court seeking restrictive and injunctive orders restraining the man acting by himself or through his agents from harassing you people. To restrain the police directly, you may join them in the suit. That way, the harassment will stop.

This is what happens in areas with no proper waste disposal system. Any available unsure plot of land becomes waste dumping ground.
It's almost impossible to fish out the actual culprits in such a crowded apartment complex. What the tenanta should do is to press the landlord for a convenient waste disposal system. This is why I'm not in support of banning of abokis that collects wastes in wheelbarrows. There are some areas the trucks don't reach, how are the people there supposed to dispose their garbage of the barrows are banned?

Exactly this happened to me last 3 years,d owner of the land packed everyone to security,we eventually paid 8k.
We have to go there and clean everything to the last,he later brought security again,they told the man to go and sit down,no refuse was left.
We also told the man to go to court if he's not satisfied, that's how it ended. Though I have packed out last year to a new place
