Look at you the ultimate adjudicator of relevance. Ain't you a sweetheart? Let the agents in and let information that is free be commodified. Let someone point people seeking answers or opinions in the direction of his own website where he has a direct financial stake rather than IRCC.

While he's free to pursue his legitimate financial interest why should he pursue it here? he could take out an ad, Not on a page assembled through years of work and mentorship by people offering help and sharing their experiences for mutual benefit and advancement, it would exert a corrosive and deleterious effect on the entire fabric of the thread.

This page does not exist to carry any agent's water. I have stated my opinion, I'd continue to, the relevance or dearth of is entirely your preoccupation Shalom!
I'd like to contribute my own to this thread and say that this guy is like the biggest scammed in this thread. He positions himself as a really knowledgeable person on this PR thing. If you give him your money, you're finished.

You're going to mess around and get yourself hooked for misrepresentation, first your openness and eagerness to lying and misrepresentation does not bode well for you, all members of the five eyes alliance share immigration data. Don't tell so many lies that would require many more lies to cover up.

First you need to calm down, your NYSC work does not satisfy the full time for one year requirement because camping and terminal leave eats into almost 2 months of the scheme, unless again you keep working there after your NYSC has elapsed, so you simply don't have the requisite experience to qualify for the FSW programme.

So you need to get a job whose duties tie closely to the future NOC you will use for your application, make sure you are paid, document mode of payment, payslips, taxes, work ID.

You can simply include your "previous work" in personal history where you won't be required to provide any evidence for it.

Again next time you're offered a shortcut please hesitate and consider how it might affect your future opportunities, if you don't take anything else from me take this advice. Don't go and get another "arrangée" job to prove work experience you might be required to submit bank statements and tax records. Don't run the risk of misrepresentation, don't destroy your future.
Hi. Thanks for the advice. I'll take it seriously.

I've now begun looking for another job and will be documenting properly moving forward.

Again, thank you.

You guys, I'm in some sort of trouble and I need advice.

I applied for a US student visa in both 2024 and 2025 but got denied on both attempts.

Now, the US has banned Nigeria and I don't know how long it will take so I've decided to try Canada PR pathway. The problem now is, during my US student visa application, in order to "package" my application, I wrote there that I work at an organization that I actually don't work in and inflated my salary. I didn't have a job but I was advised that declaring I didn't have a job would lead to an immediate denial. So I inflated everything.

Now, it's haunting me regarding my Canada PR application. I do not intend to claim points for the US work. I currently work as a corp member and the only payment I receive is from the government.

Let me even come out cleaner. I worked at my PPA from January and left this March due to the fact that I wasn't getting paid and transport cost was eating me up. So I got a rejection letter from the organization and currently looking for a new PPA.

I was hoping to use my old PPA to claim point in case I don't get a new PPA till I finish NYSC. I was thinking if I speak to the PPA man, he'll give me a reference letter and the necessary documents I need. But I don't have a payslip or tax slip. For bank statement, payment is only the 77k payment the government paid us.

Lastly, I should mention that the amount I wrote I earn on my US application is quite high 400k+.

I messed myself up. Experienced and knowledgeable people in the house should help me please.

Good day everyone,

So I initially asked this question but I’m not sure I was clear enough , so I’m here again . So I’m a 23 year old I’ll be 24 in December , I graduated from university here in Nigeria with computer science in 2021 and i currently hold an IT role . Fast forward to this year so I applied to a school in Texas for a bachelors in Computer science as well with part scholarship and my Sponsor can very much cover my COA . My interview is coming up in July but my question is will it be a red flag on my path have that my previous bachelors degree was in computer science and I’m going for another bachelors in computer science . Please I would really appreciate every opinion I can get on this . It’s been giving me anxiety lately. Thanks in advance .
I hope you didn't indicate in your ds-160 that you have previously obtained a bachelor's degree. If you have, remove it, if you haven't, Na God I take beg you, don't mention it to the visa officer during your interview else you will most likely chop denial

Hello qtguru. I'm reaching out as regards your need for a Yoruba translator. I've gone through the requirements and I'm very qualified for the job. In fact, I currently teach Yoruba to people in diaspora. I could send you evidences if you don't mind.

If the position isn't taken yet, I'd like to take up the job.

2: Buying in bulk is only cheaper for someone who has cashflow makes lump sum.

If a family makes daily/weekly income, they obviously would not be able to buy in bulk.

3: in addition to substituting food, also substitute brands; a pack of ziplock is about N2,700; there are locally sold brandless ziplock for 400 per dozen which does same job.

Morning Fresh is also cheaper than Mama Lemon; what I hated in MF before is now the selling point: the tiny dispenser.

Sunlight detergent vs Ariel etc.

Also learn to be very resourceful: cooking spray is same as rubbing your pan with olive oil or ororo;

Learn where to source for things at a cheaper rate.

Health30 Days Tummy Fat Blast Challenge by LoverOfLove(op): 8:11am On Sep 20, 2021
I want to loose fat around my Tommy area and my arms. I'm a student and I really can't spend so much on fibre and other healthy foods I should take to enhance weight loss. I can't afford gym registration too so I came up with a plan to loose weight.

If you're in this situation too, let's do a challenge to loose 7 inches around the Tommy area in 30 days.

If you're in, let me know so that I'll drop the plan.

I really enjoy eating oats,it is my best food,I also enjoy oat swallow,it is better than garri, fufu and other swallow that are dangerous to the health. I remember then when I use to take eba,I would always feel heavy and lazy but with oat it is different,I feel light after taking it,the only downside is that it is expensive.
Most people don't care about their health, all they know is to eat anything that looks like food. If you tell them that pounded yam is bad, they will tell you that their forefathers ate it and lived to an old age but they forget that men of old worked hard on their farms from morning till night and most times they eat their food with lots of vegetables, and they take herbs from time to time.I just hope one day people will realize that what they eat plays a major role in how healthy you are.
Your submission is very flawed and I can't seem to ignore it. Pounded yam is bad? Please tag that nutritionist that told you this nonsense or point me to the website that mentioned it because it's crap. Absolute crap. Many of the native foods we eat in Nigeria are healthy but our problem starts from portion control.

I'm not a fan of pounded yam but I'm supposed to give you a hard knock on your head for the statement. It's not like people chew the pounded yam. People pair it with vegetables and different kinds of proteins.

The fact that you opened your mouth waaaaaaaaaaa to spew untrue facts just annoys me. Ahn ahn.

I'm very sure the quantity of pounded yam you consume is different from the quantity of oat you consume.

I have many things to say but I'll stop here.

Ahhhhh, Rita, I suppose knock you oo grin

Waakye (popularly called Wanke in Nigeria) is a Ghanaian dish of cooked rice and beans, commonly. The rice and beans, usually black eyed peas or cow beans, are cooked together, along with red dried sorghum leaf sheaths or stalks and limestone.

I just read through the thread and you've been doing a great job. I am very passionate about agriculture. I grew up planting different crops in our home. Even though I try to kick away the passion, it has a way of drawing my attention.

I planned to start cassava plantation last year but it didn't work out due to lack of knowledge.

I'm also interested in plantain plantation.

I've registered for the bootcamp and I can't wait to learn.

I'm still a student but I've been saving some money.

I really hope to get the best from this bootcamp because I really can't wait to start my farming business.

Jobs/VacanciesPause Your Job Hunt And Read This by LoverOfLove(op): 6:47pm On Mar 03, 2021
So, some of my neighbours are MSc students writing exams. I see how they read day and night and I can’t help but feel pity for them. Why am I sharing this?

Well, that’s because a sad but true thought came to my mind while watching them toil to scale their exams.

Here’s the thought. There are so many students who have gone through or are still going through
this process. Yet, they get done with school only to face the harsh reality of joblessness.

I mean, how insane is it for you to burn the midnight candles, spend the night reading, and spend outrageous amounts of money on school fee and accommodation only to be hit by a blow of joblessness.

It really is heart-breaking to see an MSc student become a taxi driver. I mean, I didn’t believe when I heard it but it is the sad truth of the society we live in.

Now, here’s my advice for any unemployed person out there. Build yourself up in a skill. I really can’t emphasize how important this is.

No one saw the lockdown coming. A lot of people lost their jobs but the digital skill space
experienced an unusual rise in income. There are tons of skills out there that you can learn for free
as a beginner.

Don’t just sit at home pitying yourself and blaming the government for your finances. Face the reality.

The government doesn’t care about you.
Go out of your comfort. Nothing substantial comes out of your comfort. How much have you made from complaining and blaming everyone?

Nothing.

Things will remain the way they are until you
make an intentional decision to try something new. Even if you’ve failed before, try again. This is not an emotional or motivational jargon.

Dust yourself and try again. This might be your big break. Try new things, be open to new ideas.

After losing money and getting into debt, I finally picked up affiliate marketing with an earning
potential of 400k monthly and kept running with the skill. Yours does not have to be affiliate
marketing. It can be other kinds of digital skill.

My point is, start making decisions your future self will be thankful to you for now.

If you need clarity on what to choose or you need someone to guide you, my email address is

donatusbusayo@gmail.com

I can’t drop my number here so just reach out to me through my email.

This might just be the big break for you if you follow the words.
