If you are in Nigeria, you need to legalise all your documents. Some Schools can give you admission without Legalisation while some will not. Just be aware that before Austria Embassy will give you Visa, you need to submit all your Legalisation documents to them

I tried to correct him that there are visa debit cards with over $1000 monthly limit, but he almost got angry with me, he said that the bank can't go against CBN directives.
