You had better go there if you can. That's what I did some weeks ago. Processing is mostly online. They @ Exams & Records referred me to one of the business centres, then the guy entered my info and I paid the processing fee online with my master card. So the guy advised that If I like, I could go to Auditorium with my printout after 3 weeks for some sort of reminder. That it takes about a month or a month plus before it gets out.

As you're filling the form, they will request for a company address. So you better have one.

I've gone there to apply already.

If you think you might not land a position, create one. You don't need a lot of money or expertise. You can do something random like exporting spare parts and used cars, or sourcing building materials and industrial components.

ETA: Spain isn't an expensive place to live, so modest earnings from a small business go far.
