Good morning ppl!!!! LONG POST ALERT!! PPPPP PPPPPPP AAAAAARRRRRRRRR!!!!!! IELTS LRSW 8, 8 ,7.5, 6.5 (Ist attempt July 2017) 8.5, 8.5, 7.5, 7 (2nd attempt May 2018 Spouse ielts 7, 7.5, 8, 7.5 ECA Wes June 2018 Crs 449 without spouse eca Created profile July 2nd ITA 11th July 2018 Spouse eca IQAS July 16 MEDS 7th August (q life) AOR. 5th September Meds passed 27th September BIL 27th September Biometrics done 15th October Rprf 20th October Paid and uploaded 23rd October Family of 3 I had started this process in 2013 when it was paper based but somehow didn't follow through Fast forward to April 2017 when I and my sister decided to convince our husbands to come on this journey..... We researched as best as we could As for me sha I didn't tell hubby the full financially implication just told him let's write ielts first thn our eca....like that like that until I told him about POF and applications fees , u need to see how big his eye got (hehehehe) .....thats how we got here... One hurdle at a time POF. 3 TB bought at different times invested for 6months then used both my n hubby's pension to complete the POF and also buffer just incase IELTS. On my first attempt I didn't know of 8777 and by the time I found out about remarking it was too late ECA started eca in Nov 2017 until strike happened used Wes for myself and iqas for hubby (lawyer) . Once I got my eca I created my profile I added hubby's eca at E-APR then Crs became 459 After adr for rprf I was pretty sure I would see my ppr soon..... Oh boy was I wrong ........SILENCE........ Ordered gcms notes in November which I'm yet to recieve till date Finally decided to Call IRCC on 28th January (Monday) loaded my phone with credit and kept calling but I couldn't get to speak to an agent until about 10pm our time tgen I was put on hold for 28mins and finally could talk to an agent, she said eligibility recommended pass, criminality in progress and security not started 30th before I went to bed I saw an update on my profile " we are reviewing the additional documents you provided " since Oct to "not applicable "......and I'm like at least someone is finally looking at my file Only for hubby to wake me up this morning with his phone in my face whispering " it has come, it has come " I guess he was whispering because he knew my shout and dance will cover for his lack thereof 31st January ppr (dated 30th) Thank you nairaland for the wealth of information here @Newmum!!!!! You didn't know me but I sent you a mail and you responded and helped me....... God bless you tremendously |
They said they don't give...... I had to para then threatened to transfer my money somewhere else before they gave me something that I wasn't too happy with....... Eventually moved it to first bank and didn't have any problem at all with them Ramj: |
I book this space for my PPR announcement. I will testify in this part in Jesus name Amen!! |
Na so we see am ooooo....... There's been no light for awhile now Abuhuhu: |
Depends on your degree, I used Iqas for my hubby's law degree then used Wes for myself but then again the waec factor wasn't in play yet..... I would pick Ices if I were evaluating now cos there won't be need for verification and Waec...... But that's just my own opinion pyruvateluv: |
Paid 25k....then 4k for email verification stonecoldcafe: |
gginika:Yes it Will |
Zeiya:I used gtb this morning, MasterCard it worked no problems |
joo2018:I got mine a day before the due date |
It depends on if you are sending your verification by courier or email. The money is official and you pay for scanning and verification of your certificate (2k each) and 2k for scanning of your transcript, they say verification for that is free. That's roughly the fee if you are sending your verification through email Ntorr: |
