Me: I came to visit my friend, and i have been issued a Six month Visa before the pandemic and i apply for another visa and have been issue another Six month so i thought i should use it now before it got expired again.

Officer: What is your friend Status
Me: ILR

Officer: Where does your friend work
Me: My friend works in so so so Bank

Officer: His your friend Married
Me: Yes his married but i think his divorce now.

Officer: What's name and Phone Number
Me: His name and phone number is on the Locator form (this is where i no this people wants to turn people back cause she's just realizing i have locator form.

Officer: Does he know you're coming, and His he coming to pick you up.
Me: yes he knows and he's coming to pick me up.

Officer: How long are you staying?
Me: 27Days from Now till first week of November.

Officer: So what will you be doing inside?
Me: I will first isolate myself for 14Days after that my friend will take me round the city to take pictures

Me: I quickly open my jacket i present 500Pound i change from Aboki at the rate of 300K. and i continue to to tell her that i gat more money in my card.

Me: I can only convert to USD at the moment i have 1500USD in my Card.

Officer: Okay You can sit down why i run some checks.

Na so she go for like 7Minutes and that's how all Officer on the counters does for every arrival even for older parents and they will go inside to go and call your people who are going to vouch for you if they know you and can enforce the isolation rules on you.

Officer returns: And Stamp my passport and says have a nice time
Me: Thank You

Don't use Hotel as Isolation as the Officer can return back and said hotel cannot vouch for you, find a reliable person to use as visiting when you want to come. My friend as to stand his ground for me,

Yes. They replied my mail and said that they withdrew my application and ordered my passport to be returned to me

Its not TLS that makes visa decision. Its ukvisa. So I sent them a paid mail enquiry to ask why my passport was returned without a decision taken. Am awaiting their reply

Personally, the budget is still high if it's your first application. You can keep flight within 450 or 460. There are very many free tour attractions in London like London eye, Buckingham palace, Trafliager square, St James Park and very many trekkable places around central London you can use to your advantage to reduce the budget; keep your budget within 900 and 1,000. How you present your case matters most, not the amount.

if it is stated on your visa that you will be visiting family or friends then simply provide their address on the form.
am actually concerned about those without family or friends who are using hotel reservation as their point of destination.
a whole lot happened in recent week so guys exercise caution oooo. if you are close to airport officials in Lagos you go hear plenty Tori wey no sweet at all. a lady returned with tears on her eyes despite holding a baby ukba denied her entry on the ground that the hotel she booked refuse to guarantee them.
it's a new twist going on now oo.
am still trying to figure out if it was because of the recent increase in Corona virus in UK. or could it be because of the illegal migrant crossing from Calais in France to UK through English channel. I also heard that some areas in UK are currently on lockdown. the thing turf now oo.
well I will be glad if UK authorities can inform hotels about the need to provide extra securities that will monitor guests. as it stand now, most hotels are not aware that they will be the once to monitor tourist .
so make sure you clearify everything with your hotel before booking. no be when you reach airport them begin tell you say our contract agreement does not include security that will monitor you so Dem no go fit accept.
