Situation report

ITS bleeped

there is relative peace, well only because the Cults have gone on the "Down Low", but business is actually slow, with some grinding to a halt, especially, Hotel services, Night life/Entertainmment (Hoes have never had it so bad in PH ) and Eateries are all suffering due to the curfew.

Although it has been extended to 9pm to enable people carry out basic stuff, like last minute shopping and such,, still doesn't ease the presure.

Either way Rivers State has a lot of issues that go beyond, Curfews, Militants and the like. The state is being brought to its knees by a lot of factors happening all at the same time and is quickly going the way of Delta State, with PH becoming a little like Warri everyday (God will see us through ).

Anyways back to Arsenal

Like i alluded to, ALOT DEPENDS ON THE AMERICAN.

The current board all together have 50% of the shares, so any hostile take over is[i] "NOT"[/i] possible.

The "Lockdown agreement" is a personal agreement btw them, so there are no Legal conotations that can be deduced. They decided on something and they are within their rights to hold on to their decision. The Uzbek like the American before him can only test the waters.

Even if he buys Stan K's shares, still won't carry him above the Collective Board (only gives him room to see if he can penetrate the Board and see their resolve to hold out).

But since that scenario hasn't happen, WHAT THE HELL IS THE NOISE ALL ABOUT!! IF THE UZBEK FARTS, WHY THE Bleep SHOULD WE CARE.

Arsenal will 1 day be taken over, No one is denying that fact. But until it happens, lets give it a rest.
