and probably own a car, those things won't last and it won't earned her respect and admiration... bad girls disgust me too much,

I was at work sometime last year when I got an unexpected call from my blood sister, she told me that her church member said there is a secret employment going on in the state that her friend who knows the head of the civil service is demanding 100k to connect me to the Job. I was not really interested in civil service work, especially state civil service because the pay is too poor though is secured, compare to where I am working as a contract staff, But my sister tried and convinced me to pay for the employment, after paying the money I waited for months without any feedback from the woman that collected the money and this deviate from what they told me initially that the interview/ documentation will be the coming week because I paid the money on a Friday. I have been disturbing her throughout last year but my efforts were to no avail.
Before the end of last year we discovered that it was a scam and she has been using this method to defraud many people.
Please I want to report her to EFCC but I'm worried if I will spend more than the 100k she collected from me, and if I will put myself and my sister into trouble also. Please, how do I report a case to EFCC?
I am still with her phone number, though she doesn't switch on the phone all the time.
