Op has several factors that would weigh positively in his favour:

Op came in with a valid Visa ( He didn’t sneak in from the border)

Op has two little children

Op doesn’t have any criminal history

Do you realize that Op can file for Asylum & Withholding of removal during his deportation proceeding...

He doesn’t even need to file it with USCIS

He only needs to file with the immigration court that has authority over her case...

Just last month I went to court with a colleague who is out on bond but is currently under removal proceeding he is next Master Calendar Hearing was scheduled for December 3rd 2021...

The same justwise that travelled to the United Kingdom about 10 years ago on a Student Visa...

During his interview he was able to convince the Visa Officer that he would leave the United Kingdom at the end of his studies.

That same justwise completed his studies in the United Kingdom but refused to return to Nigeria until he regularized his Stay in the United Kingdom.

That same justwise is advising the op to return to Nigeria without regularizing his stay in the United States.

The Big question is why didn’t justwise return to Nigeria immediately after his studies in the United Kingdom?

We're talking about roughly 1.2 million eligible voters of which 69% are African Americans...

At the end of the count if the margin of victory is still within 0.25% then another recount is mandatory.

I live in Miami Dade County.

I can tell you that Miami Dade County, Broward County & Palm Beach County are all heavily Democrats.

Both Andrew Nelson & Andrew Gillum Won over 69% of the votes in those counties.

Ron De Santis & Rick Scott won mostly in the Florida Panhandle which is heavily Republican.

I will heading to the Broward County Election Department office tomorrow morning to determine the true state of affairs.

Every Vote must be counted & we hope to flip florida back to blue...

Also the Governorship Election between Republican Nominee Ron Desantis & Democrat Nominee Andrew Gillum is also headed for a recount.

Ron Desantis currently leads Andrew Gillum by less than 30,000 votes which is within the Margin of error.

As of today Absentee Ballots are still been counted in Broward County which heavily Populated by Democrats.

It wouldn't suprise me if Democrats become winners in both Governorship & Senate Races...

So Democrats didn't lose the Senate Election in Florida after all.

Currently Rick Scott leads Bill Nelson by just 17,000 Vote which is within Margin of error and triggers an automatic recount.

Absentee votes numbering over 100,000 are still be counted in Broward County which heavily populated by Democrats.with Bill Nelson Capturing about 69% of the Votes cast so far.

So I wouldn't be surprised if Bill Nelson is returned back to the senate as the official winner of the Election.

Broward County Supervisor of Election Brenda C. Snipes is a no nonsense woman so I expect her to make sure that every vote is counted.

Republicans definitely don't have Florida in the bag yet...
